Recently, the issue that Fertilizer and Pesticide used in golf course may pollute environment has been a hot topic. Pollution aspect's research about golf course is small at home and abroad, and its depth is also insufficient. In particular, the monitoring method has always been the way used in farmland, which may cause the defect in accuracy for the essential difference between golf course and farmland. This research takes a golf course in Shenzhen in subtropics area as an example. The results of the golf course, compared with the farmland and the industry pollution, were analyzed in four aspects, including the research background, the technical route, the sampling point build and the test target. Monitoring methods were carried on to the golf course soil, water and the water of the adjacent reservoir through the vertical and horizontal orientation. At the same time, simulative research on the Impact of Nitrogen and Phosphorus in long Submerged Soil of Golf course had been used. As a result, a more reasonable approach for detecting Fertilizer and pesticide Residues in golf course was proposed. The results of this study are as follows:1. The farmland and the golf course are two ecosystems which has essentially distinguishing aspects, especially in soil and vegetation types. It is unscientific that the monitoring method in the agricultural was simply applied to Golf Course. If so, a result of somewhat low will get and Pesticide residue which actually remains in some soil layers will not be sampled.2. Different technical route taken in the investigation will cause a very different degree of authenticity. This study indicated: the ingredient content comparison between golf course soil, water leaching, lake water and the periphery water (reservoir) can clearly illuminates the influence of maintenance product in golf course to the environment, The content of the total phosphorus and the total nitrogen in leaching water are 1.1 to 2.7,1.0 to 21 times to that of reservoir water respectively; The Simulative Research showed its potential risk to water environment;Comparing the quantity of applies fertilizer and pesticide in the farmland with the recommendation quantity and sampling stochastically for only one time, the technical route cause its test result higher than the fact. 3. As referred to the design of sampling methods, we found that verifying the movement situation of fertilizer and pesticide in the soil depends on the location in both vertical and horizontal direction and the determination of depth and level of sampled soil. In this study, pesticide commonly used in golf course often distributes in surface soil layer of 10cm, 20cm, and 30cm, which was decided by the types of pesticide. It didn't move in horizontal direction; The Phosphorus Availability content of surface soil in green in the 0~10cm and 10~20cm level is 2 to 8 times as that of 20 ~30cm level, and in the high grass area decrease it decreased along with the depth of soil; The Nitrate content is little changed in the surface soil level and the non-saturated layer, it moved in horizontal direction; The predecessor studies indicated that the organic pollution underground 4m place has been detected in the polluted sites of the chemical plant and it exceed the allowed figure.4. The selection of pesticide follows the principle that it must combined with the using pesticides in golf course and physic-chemical properties of them in the investigated club. The selected pesticides that often use must have a high solubility, low soil adsorptive capacity, longevity of residue, and high toxicity.5. After a comprehensive analysis, four factors affect the test results in the monitoring for Fertilizer and Pesticide Residues in golf course is sorted in decrease turn: the sampling location determination, technical route, the choice of target testing, the research background.
