Soybean is the most import source of vegetable oil and vegetable proteins,and the development and trade of international soybean deeply affect the industry of chinese soybean. There is enough light,abundance quantity of heat in xinjiang,the kinds of oasis irrigated farming is propitious to the high yield of soybean,which has created a lot of record in our china soybean planting,the most high yield is reach 5956 Kg/hm~2.At present,because lack of the system deeply study on the high yield mechanism which is ambiguity,our environment advantage isn't play its role.For prospect the high yield potential,that study on the population distributing,the photosynthesis characteristic,the accumulate of dry substance,the conformation and physiological biochemistry in different development stage,the process of dynamic development and growth,and establishing the guideline of soybean high yield conformation and physiological biochemistry,it will have important meaning to promote the soybean exceed high yield plant technique and high proportion fertility.The study used three high yield variety,xindadou 1,xindadou 2,and shidadou 3,and we have harvested 5250Kg/hm~2 in different planting technique,at the mean time,we study the population distribution and development and physiological biochemistry of soybean,the main results are followed:(1) The high yield variety could make the best use of the light and heat in the local place, and is the medium maturing or medium late maturing variety with tine brim leaf.The main character is sub-finity development trait,mid-height(70-90cm),many number of legumen(40-50 legumen a tree),2.5-2.6 grain a iegumen,heavy weight of a hundred grain(21-26 g),in order dense planting(21-28 tree/hm~2).The production of main stem account for the most production(96.8%-95.55%),and the middle and the upside is occupy the most production(86.53%-94.85%) in uprightness.(2) The high yield variety have some common character in early abloom,long florescence, a short period of lap over with nutrition development and procreate development,the area of leaf increase quickly in early stage,short time in reach peak value,and the long time of leaf duration.The time from abloom to mature occupy 68%-74%of all of his life,the period of grouting is 42-49 day.The stage from abloom to flourishing legumen is the most increase period in height,and after the stage of flourishing legumen,the height nearly isn't increase any more.The number of node in main stem come into is from the period of seeding to appear legumen,after this,the height increase is development between node.The trend of LAI from VE-R1 is slowly,after abloom the area of leaf is mushiroom,and at the time of R4-R5 it reach the most value(5.6-6.4),later the area of leaf began to descend slowly.At the stage of R2-R5 it will appear the more high LAD.(3) The high yield variety has a better ability of photosynthesis,a more accumulate of dry matter and harvest index.The accumulate of dry matter is rapidly from the stage of flourishing florescence to flourishing legumen,reach 0.9-1 g/tree a day.From the stage of flourishing florescence to flourishing legumen,the nourishment organize account for 63%-70 %of the sum dry matter,drum grain to early mature,legumen,grain nearly occupy 67%-68 %.At the period of mature stem occupy 21%of the all biology output,legumen and peel 22 %,grain 50%.The force of photosynthesis account for 4%of all the force of photosynthesis in the stage of seeding,from abloom to the legumen is 35%,in the stage of drum grain occupy 50%,reached 218747 m~2.d -340204 m~2.d.The rate of photosynthesis is a kinds of single apex change according to the course of development,and it reach its peak value in drum grain.(4) the content of chlorophyl in leaf(a+b) a kinds of single apex change,and it reach its peak value in drum grain.The enzyme of SOD is relative active in the stage of abloom and drum grain,at this stage biology metabolize is very bloom,The enzyme of POD has a strong ability of resist adbersity and active oxygenic,The enzyme of NR is better active at florescence,which need a lot of N nourishment to construct organize.
