| Now,Chinese pig industry is suffering from the difficulties, such as disease outbreak, foodsafety (antibiotic residue) and environment pollution. Thus, technician and farmers have been working hard to find solutions. Studies and practice have shown that:microbial fermented feed might be an potential solution, which is focused on the continuous supply of hight active beneficial microbes and metabolites to pig,so as to rebuild or recover the intestinal microbial balance.Through this way, it could be realized to enhance active capacity to resist disease, improve growth, decrease antibiotic residue, and alleviate the environment pollution. This study is designed to validate the function of microbial ferment feed and its effects under the commercial farming conditions. The effects to replace AGP on the pig performance, diarrhea ,pork quality and economics is also surveyed to provide the practical application. In Exp.l,ninty six pigs(21.5±0.5 kg) were randomly allotted into two treatment according to body weight. Each of treatments had eight replications and six pigs per replicate. The diets in both experiments were based on corn-soybean meal. The control group (with addition of CTC at the level of 75mg/kg)and treatment(with addition of microbial fermented concentrated feed and mixed feed) The results indicated that:the treatment group was 4.67% higher ADG of than control group, but there were no obvious differences (P >0.05) between the two groups on the indexes of average day gain(ADG),average day feed intake(ADFI),feed efficiency(F/G). Economical analysis shouws: under the similar feed cost, microbial fermented feed will achieve greater benific than the AGP feed.In Exp.2, Twenty castrated boars (Duroc×Yorkshire×Landrace) were divided into two groups randomly by similar body weight(24.5±0.77kg).The experiment was fed corn-soybean meal basic diet. The control group was fed AGP feed ,while the treatment group was fed microbial fermented feed added feed.Feed intake and growth rate were noted ,while watery feces was observed and noted. As a result, there were no obvious differences between the two groups on the indexes of average day gain(ADG),average day feed intake(ADFI),feed efficiency(F/G). Microbial fermented feed can decrease the rate of pig diarrhea. In comparison to antibiotics, the testing has displayed that antibiotics residues in oxytetracycline, chlortetracycline, and sulfanilamide drugs will be lower than 0.1 mg/kg in fresh pork,in accordance with the standards of the EU.As a result,a conclusion can be given briefly that the microbial fermented feed can be use to produce antibiotic-free pork. In conclusion,it may be completely available as an alternative for antibiotics in normal feed by supplementation of the microbial fermented feed in growing and finishing pigs. |
