1.Safety assesment of three insecticides to Bombyx moriWith the test of dipping-leaf method,the result show that triazophos and chlorpyrifos were high toxicity to Bombyx mori after 24 hours treatment,but fipronil was middle toxicity. At the same time,Three insecticides were high toxicity to Bombyx mori after 48,72 and 96 hours treatmento In addition,the toxicity of the three insecticides was the most acute in 24 hours,but the toxicity kept stablalization in 48,72 and 96 hours,the result also show that it was reasonable to the risk assessment of the insecticides for the silkworm it take 24 hours for the insecticide treatment.2.Safety assesment of three insecticides to Macrobrachium nipponensisWith the method of the semi-static test,the acute toxicity of the insecticides to Macrobrachium nipponensis was evaluated in 24 hour,the resulte show that the LC50 value of the chlorpyrifos,criazophos,abamectin and fiproni was 0.0116 mg/L,0.1371 mg/L,0.5720 mg/L and 0.3563 mg/L respectively.At the same time,for the four complex insecticides,the synergism of the chlorpyrifos.fipronil to Macrobrachium nipponensis after 24 hours was the most obvious in the test,and the CTC was 2011.47.But Synergism of chlorpyrifos·abamectin was just on the contrary,and the CTC was 296.89.3.Appliction study of the CarE and GSTs in safty assessment of the insecticidesWith the method of the semi-static test,the result showed that as the increase of the treatment concentration and time,CarE specific activity decreased obviously in the abamectin and triazophos sublethal concentration to treat Macrobrachium nipponensis,but GSTs specific activity was oppsite.The inhibition ratio of the CarE specific activity was 79.70%and 80.06%when the abamectin and triazophos concentration was 0.10mg/L and 0.025mg/L respectively after 96 hour,which demonstrated that CarE specific activity of Macrobrachium nipponensis was dramatically inhibited with two insecticides,as DCNB and CDNB for substrates the GSTs highest inhibition ratio was respectively 17.14%and 39.33%with the abamectin and 19.73%and 28.33%with triazophos treatment.So CarE was regarded as a biomarker,but under some certain conditions,GSTs may be reasonable for a biomarkerThe result also showed that it was be ware when the enzymes of Macrobrachium nipponensis were choosed as the biomarker for the assessment of the insecticides,because the reasonable objects and thd test conditions to insecticides were different respectively for CarE and GSTs.
