| 1. On the groundwork of hybridization improvement in Hongguang Horticultural Station, 4 flocks of adult breeding ewes and 3 flocks of preparing ewes including 3641 ewes only generation 1 and 2,were arranged groups and classified according to phenotype identification.On this foundation,782 ram-breeding flock ewes,586 seed breeding ewes , 316 expanding multiplying ewes were organized in 2006~2007.different flocks were raised separately.The common flocks were added 36kg refined feeds,12kg green stover in the period of hay,the ram-breeding flock were added 60-105kg refined feeds,50kg green stover.the ram-breeding flock were to breed with the reasonable ram in the Horticultural Station.The result showed the comprehend index of ewe-breeding flock lamb were better than the common lamb. The male and female 3 months body weight of ram-breeding flock lamb were 23.95±1.65ãŽ,22.46±1.75㎠respectively,6 months body weight were 37.34±2.78ãŽ,35.21±2.74㎠respectively,the yearling ewe body weight was 41.71±1.22ãŽ,better than common flocks by 1.57%,0.99%,2.81%,1.82% and 4.28%, the heaviest of the ram of 6 months was 43.15kg,ewe was 39.87kg.2 With the breeding performance ,lambing rate of BHF1.was 195.3%,DHF1 was 189.2%,BMF1was 138.1%,DMF1 was 146.4%, the lambing rate of BHF1and DHF1 better than BMF1 and DMF1 by 57.2%å’Œ42.8%,reflect the influence of multiplets caudulae sheep thoroughly.3 Cultivating 52 ideotype ram in gansuhongguang,in summer and autumn, besides put out to pasture,every sheep was added with 168kg refined feeds,120kg roughage,135kg silage one day,in this cultivated flock,both weight of ram was 4.65±0.58kg,3 months weight was 25.62±2.15kg,6 months weight was 46.38±3.17kg,yearling body weight was up to 61.62±9.37kg,the heaviest weight was 84kg,supplying transverse ram for the breeding of Gansu modern meat sheep population.4.Select three main service rams and there five hundred and seventy-nine daughters, yearling achievements in Hongguang Horticultural Station of Gansu Province,study on the main quantitative characters of phenotypic correlation and heritability of Gansu modern meat sheep new breed population the result showed: Berderdale rams, body weight heritability is 0.6324 for its offsping and PollDorset rams, body weight heritability is 0.5783 for its offsping.Two varieties ram body weight is all the high heritability for their offsping. The hybrid F2 and F3 Inherit fine meat trait and genetic character from patemity varity.. To use above two fine varieties in breeding zone,producing large quantities of hybrid meat sheep,impeling high quality meat sheep development , it provides scientific basis for hybrid breeding work.5.Select different months new breed population ,testing the correlation coefficient of their body weight and body size,the result showed:BMF1 and DMF1 of the lamb birth body weight showed strong positive correlation to three months body weight, correlation coefficients were 0.6173 and 0.5340, correlation coefficients of six months body weight were 0.5340 and 0.3156;DMF1and DHF2,sbirth body weight correlation coefficients were 0.2937 and 0.2875 to six months body weight.The above testing provides scientific basis for mule lamb,s early selection.6.Drew up the lowest performance index of Gansu modern meat sheep new breed population: the yearling ram body weight of Gansu modern meat sheep new breed population was 65kg,the body weight of yearling ewe was 50kg,the body weight of adult ram was 90kg,the body weight of adult ewe was 70kg;the height at withers of yearling ram was 72cm , the height at withers of yearling ewe was 65cm , the height at withers of adult ram was 80cm, the height at withers of adult ewe was 70cm; the dressing percentage of yearling ram was 50%, the dressing percentage of yearling ewe was 49%, the dressing percentage of adult ram was 55%,the dressing percentage of adult ewe was 53%,;the lambing rate of yearling ewe was 130%, the lambing rate of adult ewe was 150%. |
