Observation On The Breeding Effects Of 200 Ordos Local Sheep And Goat

In this experiment,two kinds of sheep and two kinds of goats in the same season,living environment and feeding conditions were treated with vaginal sponge suppository(including progesterone)for 12 days + 200 IU Pregnant Mare Serum Gonadotropin(PMSG)in pregnant horse serum to make sheep estrus synchronously.Ewes in estrus were inseminated and mated,and the estrus time,mating time,the time of estrus conception and remating,lambing time and lambing number of ewes were recorded in detail.The factors affecting the effect of estrus synchronization were analyzed and studied,and the local breeds of sheep or goats with more economic benefits were selected according to the data and comprehensive situation.The test results showed as:1.Four kinds of sheep were treated with vaginal sponge suppository(including progesterone)for 12 days and 200 IU Pregnant Mare Serum Gonadotropin(PMSG)in the same season,ecological environment and feeding conditions.The ideal rate of synchronous estrus was obtained in the first estrus.The estrus rates of Arbas thick cashmere goat,Arbas fine cashmere goat,Ordos fine wool sheep and Ordos Mongolian sheep were 80.43%,82.98%,91.49% and 82.22% respectively.2.Under the same conditions,the conception rates of the four kinds of sheep were 26.09%,91.49%,95.65% and 73.33% respectively.The total lambing rate were100%,111.43%,122.73% and 103.03% in turn.3.Under the same feeding conditions among the local breed,the Ordos fine wool sheep and Arbas fine cashmere goats,were have better reproductive performance and can bring better economic benefits.
