| This paper is on the background of the development of Hubei water and soil conservation monitoring network and information systems, and studies how to establish a practical and effective query and analysis of soil and water conservation systems based on 3D geographic information system software. The key technology of 3D data organization and scheduling is discussed in detail. And the system structure, function design, database design, the flow of the system realization and the relevant technical problems are studied and discussed.Firstly, the basic theories of 3D such as the function of 3D GIS and 3D modeling are introduced as well as the interfaces and classes of the system software development according to the water and soil conservation system. The key technologies such as the visualization of three-dimensional terrain, 3D data organization, levels of details (LOD) and hugeness terrain data access are studied and discussed in detail.Secondly, the system situation and technology solution of the GIS system are proposed. And the related technologies such as tiers framework model and GIS technology, COM technology, the three tiers Client/Server structure based on spatial database engine (ArcSDE) are presented briefly. The emphasis is put on system design and the structure of spatial database. The GIS based system structure design and database realization, including the system function design, performance design, the structure of database, the logical design and physical design of database are discussed.Thirdly, the realization of the system is presented. The system environment, the source data integration and the flow of system development are discussed. The key technology and realization such as the move by path in 3D scene, data access are analyzed in detail.Finally, the example of the 3D application system is introduced and the result analyzing is proposed in this thesis. |
