| The humic acid, which exists in nature widely, is a kind of macromolecular organic compound. The soil, the deposit in the rivers and lakes, the decency coal, bovey coal and sedge peat are all rich in humic acid, which is the main component constitutes the organic substance in soil and water. It can be used as soil improvement agent, active hormone of the plant and organism, dyeing assistant, binding agent, water treatment agent, water quality stabilizing agent and boiler antifouling composition, etc, applied widely in aspects as follow: agriculture, livestock breeding, electric plating, printing and dyeing, petroleum, medicine, environmental protection, and so on.In this paper, the process of extracting humic acid from sedge peat, which was from Zhangpei, Hepei province, China, was tested and studied systematically. The main contents studied in this paper included these aspects as follow.Firstly, the preliminary scheme of abstracting and refining humic acid, and the contents of the experiment were established against the characteristic of the slime peat resource from Zhangpei, on the base of comprehensive analysis to the domestic and overseas humic acid abstracting technique. Besides, the method of measuring the concentration of the humic acid extracting solution employing ultraviolet-visible spectral photometer was established, and the standard curve of humic acid at different pH-value was built up. Secondly, taking the humic acid extraction ratio as optimization object, via orthogonal test and one-factor analysis to ascertain the key operation segment and the main influencing factor during the extracting process and summarize the humic acid extracting method, suitable operation condition and optimum extracting dispensation, against the slime peat resource from Zhangpei area.Finally, on the base of the experiment, the technical breakthrough and operation technological process of wet process extracting humic acid from sedge peat in actual production was established. The operation procedure included: lapped finishing the sedge peat, oxidization pretreatment, reaction and extraction, separation and refining. The operation process in detail was described as follow: At first, oxidization pretreatment to the sedge peat powder after lapped finishing was performed using oxidization accelerating agent. Then, alkalinous extracting agent was added in after preparing the reagent, and the solid humate was produced after separating impurities and concentrating. The product was produced at last after mixturing and sub-packaging. |
