The optimum cultivation mode,its optimum slow-release nitrogen fertilizer rate and its mechanism of early rice and late rice in double rice were studied,respectively.1.Studies on yield and physiology effect of different cultivation mode of early rice,with Super Hybrid Early Rice ZhuLiangYou 02 as material,the characteristics of growth and development of super hybrid early rice under Optimized Cultivation Mode(OCM),Raise Bed-Cultivation Mode(RBCM),Broadcasted Seedlings Cultivation Mode(BSCM),Film Covering Cultivation Mode(FCCM),Direct-Seeded Cultivation Mode(DSCM) were studied,respectively.Compared to conventional cultivation mode(CK),RBCM had higher percentage of production tiller and grain plumpness,more accumulation of dry matters after full heading stage,higher CAT and SOD, etc;The yield of RBCM was higher,increased by 13.2 percent than that of CK and the difference was extreme significant.BSCM and FCCM had faster tiller,more tillers,higher LAI,the yield was high and significantly different,compare to CCM,DSCM had significantly short growth duration,less LAI and accumulation of dry matters,and the yield was reduced significantly.2.In studies on yield and physiology effect of different cultivation mode of late rice,effects of the growth and development and grain yield and nitrogen use efficiency under three cultivation modes including in the experiment Optimized Cultivation Mode(OCM),Broadcasted Seedlings Cultivation Mode(BSCM) and Conventional Cultivation Mode(CCM) were studied.The results showed that OCM,compared with other cultivation mode,were quicker speed of tiller raising, more tillers,LAI,accumulations of dry matter,higher chlorophyll content and CAT,higher grain yield,lower MDA.CCM was the last,both of them had appropriate growth duration.As far as, the most appropriate cultivation mode for recommendation were OCM.3.In studies on slow-release nitrogen fertilizer effect of early rice,super hybrid early rice Zhuliangyou 02 were used to investigate their responses of the growth and development and nitrogen use efficiency to slow-release nitrogen fertilizer and the relationship between yield and nitrogen use efficiency(NUE) at the rate of 0,105,142.5,180kg/hm~2 under the optimized cultivation mode and conventional cultivation mode,respectively.The results showed that the number of tillers,LAI,the accumulation of dry matter,CAT,SOD,MDA,NUE and yield were more rational at the rate of 142.5kg/hm~2 under the optimized cultivation mode;and its but under the conventional cultivation mode,180kg/hm~2 was better.The highest and economical yield of Optimized Cultivation Mode(OCM) were 8.05t/hm~2 and 8.00t/hm~2,the nitrogen fertilizer rate were142.5kg/hm~2(purified N) and142.67 kg/hm~2 at that time,respectively.It was observed that the biomass was extreme significantly and significantly negative correlation with partial factor production of applied N(PFP) and agronomy efficiency(AE),respectively;However,the grain yield was no significant correlation with PFP and AE under the optimized cultivation mode. Under the conventional cultivation mode,biomass and grain yield were extreme significantly correlation with PFP,and positive correlation with AE,respectively.The results presented in the paper suggested the important contribution of biomass to NUE.According to the relationship among NUE,biomass might be candidate indicators for NUE evaluation in super hybrid early rice.4.Effects on the growth and development and grain yield of five different slow-release nitrogen fertilizer rate(equivalent to 0,90,135,180,225kgN/hm~2,respectively)under two cultivation mode including in the experiment Optimized Cultivation Mode(OCM) and Conventional Cultivation Mode(CCM) of super hybrid late rice Fengyuanyou 299 were studied,and the relationship of nitrogen fertilizer rate and grain yield was also studied.The results show that the numbers of tillers,LAI,accumulations of dry matter,nitrogen use efficiency and grain yield were affected by slow-release nitrogen fertilizer rate,cultivation mode and their interaction,and the effect of slow-release nitrogen fertilizer rate was most.The nitrogen fertilizer rate of 180kg/hm~2(purified N) was the best rate,by this rate the grain yields of OCM and CCM were both highest,8.76t/hm~2 and 7.95t/hm~2,respectively.The nitrogen fertilizer rate of 180kg/hm~2 was also more economical. As far as the grain yield and more profit of super hybrid late rice,the most appropriate nitrogen fertilizer rate for recommendation was 180kg/hm~2.
