The Hydrolysis And Photolysis Of Cyazofamid

The photolysis and hydrolysis of pesticide cyazofamid was studied,the photolysis was studied under sunlight and darkroom on cucumber leaves.and the photolysis products of cyazofamid was detected though LC-MS.the structure of photolysis product of cyazofamid was identified morely.The result show:the hydolysis of cyazofamid was studied added acetonitrile and added TW-60 respectively in different pH buffer solutions in different beginning cencetraion.The hydolysis of cyazofamid accorded with first order reaction eqution,it was stabler in Acid medium than in basic medium.The rate of hydrolysis increased wite intention of basic medium.The rate of hydrolysis of cyazofamid lowered with the intention of the beginning cencetration of cyazofamid.The half-lives of hydrolysis of cyazofamid were 28.1d,22.3d,19.5d in the pH 4.95,7.02,9.56 buffer solution in the beginning cencetration of 10mg/L which added 1%acetonitrile.The half-lives of hydrolysis of cyazofamid were 12.1d,6.4d,5.1d in the beginning cencetration of 0.1mg/L in the solubility of cyazofamid.Meanwhile,the rate of hydrolysis of cyazofamid added acetonitrile was lower than added TW-60 in different stages of cencetration.The photolysis of pesticide cyazofamid was studied under sunlight and darkroom in solvents and on cucumber leaves.The degradation rate was measured through HPLC The results showed that the half-lives of cyazofamid in sunlight was 63.6h,and the pesticide was stable in the darkroom.Then the effect of different factors,which included pH,temperature,light resource and the intension of light on the photolysis of cyazofamid were investigated in the lab condition.The results showed that the half-lives of cyazofamid in buffer solutions with pH 4.96,7.02,9.56 were 167.7,102.4 and 64.0min,respectively.The photolysis rate of cyazofamid increased with the pH values. The half-lives of cyazofamid in the pH 4.96 buffer solutions with 15℃,25℃and 35℃were 368.7,167.7 and 112.5min,respectively.The half-lives of cyazofamid in the pH 5 buffer solutions with 3700 Lux,8700 Lux and 12300Lux were 962.7,167.7 and 1201min,respectively.The photolysis ratio of cyazofamid increased with the intention of light and temperature.In addition,the half-lives of cyazofamid was 53.5min in buffer solution with pH 4.96 under ultraviolet light.
