In recent years,the Sturgeon breeding heat rising.At present,the breed aquatics of this breed has become a "hot spot" in freshwater aquaculture.This study from the protein content of the artifical feeds,rearing densit and the study of the sensitivity which the Sturgeon cartilage react to three common medicals(Bluestone,Potassium pemmngatmte,Formalin) of Polyodon spathala,Sturgeon cartilage(Huso huso(♀)×Acipenser ruthenus(♂)),Acipenser Schrencki to discuss the aquaculture technology of cage culture in reservoir,aim to provide thereunder for Sturgeon cage culture in hexi Reservoir,jishou city.At the study of the sensitivity which the Sturgeon cartilage react to three common medicals(Bluestone,Potassium pemmngatmte,Formalin),the result as follows:The lethal concentration of the Sturgeon cartilage to three chemicals are Bluestone<Potassium pemmngatmte<Formalin;the Tlm of the Sturgeon cartilage to formalin is the highest,the Tlm of 24h,48h are 51ppm,47ppm,respectively,the safe concentration to Formalin is 11.9750ppm;The death time of the Sturgeon cartilage in the medicals concentration with the same lethal rate are Bluestone>Potassium pemmngatmte>Formalin.Used three artifical feeds whit different protein content to breeding Polyodon spathala,Sturgeon cartilage(Huso huso(♀)×Acipenser ruthenus(♂)) and Acipenser Schrencki.The protein content of the three artifieal feeds were 45.48%,39.66%, 35.09%,respectively.After ninety days feeds,we found While feeds Polyodon spathala,Sturgeon cartelage(Huso huso(♀)×Acipenser ruthenus(♂)) and Acipenser Schrencki with the artifieal feeds that the protein content is 39.66%,the growth rate of the three Sturgeons is the fastest and the food coefficient is the minimum,the average daily weight gain and food coefficient respective up to 4.41 g/ind,4.86 g/ind, 4.51 g/ind and 1.58,1.31,1.61.The result show that the best protein content in three Sturgeons feeds is 39.66%.Used three artifical feeds whit different fat content to breeding Polyodon spathala, Sturgeon cartilage(Huso huso(♀)×Acipenser ruthenus(♂)) and Acipenser Schrencki. The fat content of the four artifieal feeds were 6.5%,8.5%,10.5%,12.5%respectively. After ninety days feeds,we found While feeds Polyodon spathala,Sturgeon cartelage(Huso huso(♀)×Acipenser ruthenus(♂)) and Acipenser Schrencki with the artifieal feeds that the fat content is 8.5%,the growth rate of the three Sturgeons is the fastest,and the food coefficient is the minimum,the average daily weight gain and food coefficient respective up to 4.56 g/ind,4.93 g/ind,4.66 g/ind and 1.46,1.22,1.52. The result show that the best fat content in three Sturgeons feeds is 8%to 9%.Next,we hold the growth contrary experiment with three rearing densit.we designed four rearing densit:18 ind/m2,24 ind/m2,32 ind/m2 and 40 ind/m2.Used the feeds of protein content is 39.66%,after Ninety days feeds,we found while the rearing densit is 24 ind/m2,the growth rate is the fastest and the food coefficient is the lowest,the average daily weight gain and food coefficient respective up to 4.57 g, 4.93 g,4.60 g and 1.46,1.25,1.50.The result show that the Sturgeon of the weight is from 250g to 700g,the best rearing densit is 24 ind/m2.In experiment,at the same condition of feeds,the growth rate of the Sturgeon cartilage((Huso huso(♀)×Acipenser ruthenus(♂)) is the fastest,but the growth rate of the Polyodon spathala and the Acipenser Schrencki is nearly the same.
