| As a kind of perennial troublesome weed,Ambrosia.artemisiifolia L(Ragweed, Bitterweed) occurred in part area of China,beisdes reducting of output,its dust influence humans'health directly.Beacuse of strongly reproduce of Ragweed,highly speed of spread,disserve more and more severely.So,Preventing Ragweed become more and more attented by people.In order to prevent Ragweed effectly,this experimentation compare different herbicide effect to Ragweed and determine sense of different age of Ragweed by dealing with glyphosate,at the same time,make a experimentation on the infuence of different spray way to herbicede effect;result:Field ditty and potted plant experimentation of 25%flazasulfuron WDG,48% dicamba EC,41%glyphosate AS,25%bendioxide AS,20%starane EC,20% 2,4-D-ethylhexyl A S,24%oxyfluorfen EC,5%fluthiacet-methyl SC,38%atrazine,50%simazine,20%gramoxone AS,10%metsulfuron-methylWP,20%diquatA S,25%flex AS herbicides,Biological activity of these herbicides on Stems and leaves of Ragweed,glyphosate-efficiency on different concentration of different Ragweed plants. Result:24%oxyfluorfen EC,20%gramoxone As and 5%fluthiacet-methyl SC efficiency to Ragweed reach to 97.10%,96.80%和93.94%;preventing Ragweed by glyphosate,use 200～800 ai·g/hm~2 to 6～8 leaves Ragweed plants,its efficiency reach to 90%.To 26～30 leaves Ragweed plants,preventing all-sided by using 800～1600 ai·g/hm~2 glyphosate.potted plant experimentation,study on Deposition of glyphosate on Ragweed leaves treated by spraying in different droplet sizes,Deposition of glyphosate on Ragweed leaves treated by spraying in different droplet sizes and different spray volume and Deposition of glyphosate on Ragweed leaves treated with different spray volume,result:(1) 149.5μm droplet sizes,glyphosate Deposition reach to 7.304μg/cm~2(2)treated by small fogdrop and high concentration,glyphosate Deposition reach to 3.14μg/cm~2(3) The deposition of glypgosate was increased slightly when spray volume was higher than 957 L/hm~2,and the maximum deposition of glyphosate on ragweed leaves was about 4.92μg/cm~2。 potted plant experimentation,herbicides efficiency on ragweed in gramineous crop and broad-leaved crop.result:1116～2232mg/L 38%atrazine and 50～100mg/L 5% fluthiacet-methyl were perfect herbicides to prevent ragweed;1600 mg/L and 6400 mg/L 25%bendioxide was good herbicides to prevent ragweed.potted plant experimentation,study on efficiency influence of different adjuvant mixture with herbicides,result:spray adjuvant advenced herbicides efficiency to ragweed, 320 mg/L adjuvant GYS-77 mixtured with 213.2 mg/L,426.4 mg/L glyphosate make a prominece efficiency to ragweed,reach to 96%～98%. |
