China is a big agricultural solid waste is rich in resources, the current use of poor, resulting in serious pollution and waste of resources. At the same time, in our country have for a long time to face the current situation of energy scarcity, both of which need to be addressed and resolved.At present, the harmless treatm ent and resources of use of agricultural solid organic waste in several forms:(1) aerobic composting technology, aerobic fermentation of organic fertilizer production process of substantial emissions of NH3, not only pollutes the environment, but also a loss of fertility.(2) household biogas as a result of a management of a non-standard, gas production rate is low and deal with low efficiency, there are still running well at low temperature in winter should not disadvantage the normal use.(3) large-scale wet methane fermentation technology, suitable for treatment with lower concentrations of waste water, waste water, etc., but in dealing with high concentrations of solid organic waste, the need to add a large amount of water, therefore, energy consumption in winter, and deal with low efficiency , operation and post-processing costs.In this paper, the scale of research and development of dry methane fermentation technology (dry matter concentration in more than 20%), through the application of new bio-reactor and matching anaerobic fermentation process, can well solve the above problem and achieve a full year of normal running production, with water conservation, low energy consumption in winter, covers an area of the province, the high rate of gas production, deal with high efficiency, low cost post-processing. Can be applied to deal with large-scale livestock and poultry manure, crop stalks and other agricultural solid waste, produce biogas and green organic fertilizer, cleaning up the environment, creating economic benefits. China's rural areas to change the reality of serious environmental pollution and energy shortage of great significance to the status quo.
