In recent years,resources, environment and development have become major issues in today's international community.In this case, social and environmental problems arising from municipal solid waste have become increasingly prominent. In view of advantages and disadvantages of all municipal solid waste disposal technology, integrated approach which is combined by a variety of processing techniques will be the future development trend. The combination of the thermocomposting and vermicomposting,which can achieve reduction,resource and hazard-free of Municipal Solid Waste,is a ecological technology. Using organic Municipal Solid Waste and organic agriculture waste as testing material,the research analyzed the optimized results of four main factors of ventilation,moisture content,ratio of carbon to nitrogen and particle size by using orthogonal experiment method during composting. The indicators of compost such as nutrition parameters and humification parameters were determined the optimum conditions for aerobic composting. The combination of the thermocomposting and vermicomposting was determined by analysis the materials' quality during vermicomposting of cattle manure (CM) and different stage products of composting employing earthworms (Eisenia fetida).The result of this ecological technology was assessed by analysis the materials'quality and the effect of plant using principal component analysis and Toxicological test methods of plant.The results showed that:In the aerobic composting experiment, the temperature first increased and then decreased, and the maximum temperature reached above 50℃for 5 days, which was consistent with sound processing requirements. Organic matter, available nitrogen and humic acid values of E4/E6 were decreased; total nitrogen, total phosphorus, available phosphorus and humification index were increased; aerobic composting experiments were all tend to Harmless, stabilization and maturity.The process of aerobic composting was significantly impacted by moisture, ventilation, carbon nitrogen ratio and partical size.The main factor was moisture, followed by the ventilation rate, carbon nitrogen ratio and particle size.good The suitable of ventilation, moisture content, carbon and nitrogen ratio, carbon-phosphorus ratio and the partical size in the composting process respectively were 0.15 m3·min'1·m-3,55%,32,139 and 40mm.During the process of vermicomposting, weight of earthworms have undergone over time first increased, and then came down;pH, organic matter, humic acid,the value of E4/E6, organic phosphorus and amylase activity showed a decreasing trend; DOM, humic acid, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, available nitrogen, alkaline phosphatase activity and urease activity showed an increasing trend; earthworms promoted the degradation of organic matter and the degree of humification, but also to be increased nutrients and eventually became the material to stabilization and maturity.The changes of conditions in various materials under different treatment reflects the treatment effect of eco-technology.The best for the degradation of organic matter was 60%CM+40%R+45E, the highest degree of humification was 40%CM+60%S+25E, the largest increasing proportion of total nitrogen content was 80%CM+20%S+65E, the largest percentage increase in total phosphorus content is 40%CM +60%R+45E, the largest percentage increase in available N was 60%CM+40%R+65E, the largest percentage increase in available phosphorus content was 40%CM+60%R+25E, the largest percentage increase of urease activity was 60%CM+40%S+45E, the largest percentage increase of alkaline phosphatase activity was 60%CM+40%R+45E, the proportion of amylase to reduce the minimum for the 40%CM+60%S+45E.Vermicomposting of different treatments of organic matter and total nutrient products have reached the standards of organic fertilizer, but the quality of different treatments have some differences between the products. of which combination of good quality was 80%+20%S+45E and 80%+20%R+45E; during toxicology experiments combination for good quality was 80%+20%S+45E,80%+20%R+45E,80%+20% S+65E and 80%+20%R+65E.Integrated product quality and plant toxicology, adding the start stage product and rabid-rising-temperature stage product of the compost to 20% and 45 earthworms, the vermicompost ing products integrated the better quality.
