Farmland productivity, so that the basis for maintaining soil fertility will also depend on phosphorus and potassium inputs, chemical phosphorus, potash fertilizer on crop and soil phosphorus, potassium has an important impact on fertility, from crops to phosphorus and potassium changes in demand forecasts and the maintenance of soil phosphorus and potassium, as well as the basic balance between high-efficiency agriculture from the perspective of the continuing awareness of phosphorus and potassium in the role of agricultural production, improve phosphorus and potassium in the economic, eco-efficiency is an important issue currently facing.At the same time, we also found that planting maize in the region of Jilin Province, in the absence of a good maize growth of the relevance of the soil test phosphorus and potassium, making in production and at the same time there is excessive use of P,K fertilizer and insufficient application of . And therefore to the issue of maize planting area in Jilin Province, the effective use of different soil phosphorus test with maize production-related research, from the size of a regional screening two levels of maize growth associated with good soil phosphorus testing methods with a view to providing farmers access to high-yielding maize, reasonable fertilization, soil fertility, provide a scientific basis to protect the environment.The experimental materials in the 2007 and 2008 years of testing and analysis, in Jilin Province in the maize zone in the effective phosphorus and potassium soil test methods have been screening the following findings:1 Screening of soil P testing methodsThe use of five soil P testing methods likes Mehlich3, Olsen, Bray1, VT1 and 0.01 mol L-1CaCl2 selection of maize growth and a good correlation of the effective P testing methods. The main findings are:1) Soil types under different screening methods, Mehlich3 in light chernozem have a best related, the equation is Y=9478.5+17.427X-0.0244X~2,R~2=0.680(P<0.001) ,and Mehlich3 in alluvial soil have a good relevance and the regression equaiton is Y=6366 +104.07X -0.6498X~2, R~2= 0.561 (P<0.05).2) Under soil pH values of the screening method, Bray1 in acidic soil, Mehlich3 in neutral calcareous soil of the soil which they measured P content and the relevance of maizeproduction are extremely significant, the regression equation are Y=6749.1+240.09 X-4.0078X~2, R~2=0.625 (P<0.001); Y =9478.5 +17.427X-0.0244X~2, R~2 = 0.680 (P<0.05).3) Maize from the entire region of Jilin Province, Mehlich3 determination of soil available P content than Olsen and Bray1 the relevance of the maize yield, the regression equation Y=7680.3 +63.803 X-0.3515X~2, R~2=0.510 (P<0.001).2 Screening of soil K test methodsThree methods of 2 mol L-1 HNO3, Mehlich3 and NH4OAc soil available K testing, screening and a good maize growth of the effective K-related test methods. The main findings are:1) Soil types under different screening methods, Mehlich3 areas in the alluvial soil, black soil zone, the linear equations were Y =- 33498 +1430.7X-11.578X~2, R~2 = 0.699 (P<0.01) and Y =- 36328.23599 +611.00752 X-1.96643X~2, R~2=0.209 (P<0.001); NH4OAc in light chernozem zone, Y =- 36328.23599 +611.00752X-1.96643X~2, R~2 = 0.408 (P<0.05).2) Under soil pH values of the screening method, NH4OAc measured soil K test values with maize production reached a significant position related,Y=-36328.23599 +611.00752X-1. 96643X~2, R~2=0.408 (P <0.05), Mehlich3 acid soils in the soil which they measured the effective K concentration and relative yield of maize in both the relevance of a significant regression equation was Y=6922.9+34.18 X-0.0994X~2, R~2=0.351 (P < 0.05).These results can be seen through the whole region in terms of cultivation of maize in Jilin Province, Mehlich3 in the soil test P content of maize growth and have a good relationship; Mehlich3 the soil test K content of maize growth with good correlation on the and alluvial soil black soil zone of in Jilin Province,and only in light chernozem has a low relevance. After the experiment therefore the focus should be to find out the reasons, which can be planted maize for the whole region of Jilin Province to find a correlation with the growth of good maize soil P, K extraction agent. |
