During the collecting,processing,transporting and circulating,the eggs are apt to damage.It's a necessity to intensively study egg's biomechanics and quantitative analysis egg's load capacity to ensure the reliability of the process.It's an inevitable trend that eggs must be sorted,packed and inspected before they enter into the market.Using texture analyzer(P100) and accessories for mechanical test(P2),it was found in the research of elasitic modulus test showing that at the rupture point the average load was 40.37N with a standard deviation of 7.4N and the average deformation was 0.39mm with a standard deviation 0.06mm.The apparent contact elastic modulus obtained was 1034.75MPa with a standard deviation of 68.94MPa.By the study of the different loading regime of point,surface and ring and as well as the effect of the eggs intensity,weight,shape,radius of curvature and storing time on the anti-loading,it was found that an experiment plan was determined,that is,taking loading director,loading velocity,loading points,egg's fresh,egg's weight,shape index,symmetrical degree between two extremes,curvature of important points as factors and rupture force as indexes.The results show that by using the issue to build three-dimensional model of the eggs on the eggs under different loading force distribution can be a better fit.When the egg was loaded in different parts,the stress in the midpoint is bigger than the big head and small head.In this study,a method was given to calculate the elastic modulus using hertz formula.The impact on the quality of eggshell was analyzed,mainly including eggshell thickness,egg weight,egg shape index,storage conditions and the radius of curvature. The stress of eggs with the effects of load changes,the stress along long axis is smaller than along short axis.When using ring load method,the stress is bigger than using plate load method.Tht correlation between egg's mass and stress is not strong, but correlation between the shape index and stress is significantly in the level ofα=0.01,Eggshell thickness have a big effect on the stress,Different parts of the shell thickness due to a slight difference.Storage time have a certain influence on stress. Radius of curvature has significant effect on egg's vertex at both ends.With the increasing radius of curvature,eggs can bear the load increases.The correlation between radius curvature of the egg's vertex at both ends and stress is significant,but correlation between radius curvatures in the midpoint is not.Through the establishment of the finite model,receive the stress distribution in different parts of eggshell.The results of finite element analysis shows that the stress along long axis is bigger than short axis,egg shape index has a great impact on the stress when loaded.The simulating result was in accord with the result of experiments, so it can conduct egg's produce,transporting and designing of eggs processing equipments.By using D-200 vibration test-bed and ICP hammer to test stiffness of eggs by vibration method,the results show that the natural frequencies of egg lie between569.7-600.21Hz,the stiffness between 7.54×109-8.36×109N/mm-2.Glue had an impact on the result,so the trial should be considered in eggs natural frequency.As a key factor,the weight of eggs will impact its natural frequency.Along with the increase of egg's weight,the natural frequency will increase.The weight will affect the frequency of eggs,but the stiffness will not change.In this research,egg's mechanics are more intensively studied and broken mechanism was revealed,which can conduct egg's sorting,collecting and transporting.
