Study On The Nutritive Value Of MGP(Monosodium Glutamate Protein) And Its Application In Growing Pigs

The laborer's analyzing were conducted to determine the content of conventional nutrients and amino acids,digestibility of conventional nutrients,ADE and AME of pig,ileum digestibility of amino acids were determined by digestion and metabolism trial;the feeding effect of growing pigs was compared by feeding trial of MGP instead of SBM partly.The results as follows:1 The content of CP,TP,EE,CF,ash,NFE,Ca,P and GE were respectively 67.78%,51.80%, 2.90%,0.70%,2.94%,12.82%,0.41%,0.28%and 21.00MJ/kg;the content of TAA,Lys and Met were respectively 46.38%,2.20%and 2.33%;the content of Glu was highest in seventeen kinds of amino acids and the lowest was Cys'.2.Six YuRong No 1 B line barrows weighing about 35±2kg were chozen in this trial,ADE, AME and the digestibility of MGP's conventional nutrients and amino acids were determined by substitution method,the fecal was collected by total fecal collection method.The results showed that:(1)NFE's digestibility was highest(81.32%) and the lowest was Ca's(51.66%) in all of MGP's conventional nutrients;the apparent digestibility of CP was 58.23%,DCP was 39.47%;ADE and AME was respectively 6.89 MJ/kg and 5.80 MJ/kg;(2)the apparent digestibility of Lys,Met,and Glu were respectively 81.69%,80.36%and 89.59%.3.Six YuRong No 1 B line barrows weighing about 35±2kg were used to determine,the ileum apparent digestibility of MGP's AA by direct method,the endogenous amino acid excretion was determined by Nitroten-Free Diets,part of digesta was collected by Simple T-cannulation,the indicator was acid insoluble ash(4mol/L).The results showed that:(1)the ileum ture digestibility of TAA,TEAA,Lys,Met,Cys,Thr and Glu were respectively 83.29%,83.17%,82.74%,75.69%, 88.13%,85.14%and 91.65%;(2)the ileum ture digestible TAA,TEAA,Lys,Met,Cys,Thr and Glu were respectively 38.72%,24.82%,1.82%,1.76%,0.70%,1.72%and 5.31%.4.Sixty YuRong No 1 B line growing pigs weighing about 30±2kg were randomly divided into control group and test group 1-4,Control group was fed basal diet,while test group 1-4 were respectively fed different diets,in which the proportion of MGP instead of SBM in basal diet was in the order of 20%,40%,60%,80%.The results showed that MGP instead of partial SBM in growing pigs' diet was feasible and the substitute proportion was within 20%.
