When geomagnetic intensity was on the decrease,the intensity of radiation on the surface of the earth was on the increase.At the same age,some important approaches of biology evolution happened.So we guess whether the above factors are related or not. Because geomagnetic reversal lasts so long,we can't replay the process.The radiation environment in space is similar to the environment of geomagnetic intensity,so we sent 3 kinds of rice to space in ShenZhou No.6 spaceship in order to simulate the evolution during geomagnetic intensity,and plant the seeds on the earth,got three generations, M1,M2,M3.We have finished the M1 space-treat rice's genome analysis,got the following results:1.The susceptivitis to radiation of different kinds of rice are different. 2.The polymorphisms of genome of SP-rice are much higher than those of CK.3. Through analyzing different mutation sequences,we find hot mutation's area.and suppose that transposons may be one of ways of inducing the level of mutations.After mutations happened,lives should recover the mutations to protect themselves,because the level of polymorphism of M2 generation is lower that of M1 generation.But,we found that,in the M3 generation,one hand,the level of polymorphism of ZZH and YG is higher than those of M2 generation,the other hand,the level of polymorphism of LJ2 is lower than those of M2 generation.The phenomenon is genomic instability.So we find that,in the process of space mutations happening,the lives use repair the mutations to protect them to keep them evolving conservatively,on the opposite,the lives induce the genomic instability to keep biology diversity.
