With the continuous development of productive forces and social progress of human civilization,mankind has affected the water process water cycle in the natural state,water cycle tends dual nature of "social nature".Water quality and quantity will change after flowing through human society,and even cause a series of problems such as water pollution and water shortage.How to develop and utilize water resources reasonably and improve the quality of water resources under the background of dual water cycle has become a hot issue.Heilongjiang Province,as a major province of grain production in China,makes full use of its natural geographical advantages to develop grain planting industry.Up to 2015,the grain output has achieved "12 consecutive increases",but since then,the grain output has declined,while the agricultural irrigation water consumption has shown an increasing trend.The purpose of this paper is to realize the effective utilization of water resources.In view of the current situation of water resources development and utilization in Heilongjiang Province under the background of double water cycle,this paper comprehensively analyzes the spatial-temporal evolution pattern and driving force of water field intensity of agricultural irrigation,urban life and industrial production in Heilongjiang Province and its 13 Prefecture level cities,and the measures of water resources allocation are put forward to realize the effective utilization of water resources and promote the coordinated development of various industries.Firstly,the theory of demand field is introduced,combining with the characteristics of water resources utilization in Heilongjiang Province,the agricultural irrigation,urban life and industrial production water field are established,and the intensity of water field is calculated in Heilongjiang Province,and the intensity of water field is calculated within the scope of Heilongjiang Province.Then,the driving force of water field intensity is synthetically analyzed by using the principal component grey relation theory,and the spatial and temporal evolution pattern of water field intensity in Heilongjiang Province and 13 prefecture level cities in 2003—2017 is studied.The driving mechanism provides the basis for efficient utilization of water resources.The specific research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Heilongjiang province water yards intensity space-time evolution analysis.According to the theory of demand field,the intensity of water field of agricultural irrigation,urban living and industrial production in Heilongjiang Province and 13 prefecture level cities is calculated,and the intensity of water field is presented on the map by using ArcGIS.Based on the analysis of Heilongjiang province agricultural irrigation,urban life and industrial production in the use of water,the demand of field theory application is reasonable,accord with the prototype of the electric field.At the same time,the temporal and spatial evolution law of the intensity of the water field in Heilongjiang Province is obtained.The spatial distribution pattern of total water use field in Heilongjiang Province is gradually weakened from East,South to northwest,and the trend increases with time.At the same time,according to the temporal and spatial characteristics of the total water use field,13 prefecture level cities are divided into four types: field nuclear type,sensitive type,output type and reduction type.The intensity of agricultural irrigation water field in different cities shows an increasing trend.Agricultural irrigation water has become a major part of regional water.The urban domestic water field and industrial water field have decreased in different degrees after a short period of growth.The intensity of agricultural irrigated paddy field,urban domestic water and industrial water farm showed the difference of the key factors such as endowment space of water and soil resources,urban development degree and industrial type,while the change trend of total water field in Heilongjiang Province is determined by the change trend of agricultural irrigation water field.(2)Water field strength of Heilongjiang Province driving forces: construction of index system of water yards strength driving force,improve the weight calculation of grey correlation theory by principal component analysis,and complete the driving force index analysis of water field intensity evolution process in Heilongjiang Province during the research period.Each index score results show that the planting area,heavy industry output value,industrial production and repeated scored higher water use coefficient,that impact strength of Heilongjiang province water yards is the main industry of the agriculture and industry.Therefore,in order to make rational use of water resources,Heilongjiang Province should adopt advanced planting technology to ensure the grain yield on the basis of controlling the grain planting area;at the same time,we must keep the industrial structure constantly changing to ensure stable industrial output.(3)Water use structure analysis in Heilongjiang Province: during the study,it was found that the water distribution in Heilongjiang Province was uneven,and further analysis of the water use structure.Information entropy and homogeneity of the water structure in Heilongjiang province were analyzed and evaluated,the results show that the water use in Heilongjiang Province is excessively concentrated in agriculture and neglects other industries,which cannot give full play to the economic benefits of water resources.How to formulate reasonable agricultural development strategies and effectively and feasible guarantee the allocation of water resources are the problems that Heilongjiang Province will face next.
