The experiments were carried out in Feng-qiu Agricultural Experiment station of CAS.The pot and field experiments were conducted and bi-factor stochastic plot experimental design was applied. The experiment was designed with three different water treatments and two different fertilizer treatments,they are:W1 was the treatment with enough water,W2 was the treatment with light water stress,W3 was the treatment serious water stress;NN with nitrogen content keeping at 120 kg/hm~2; HN with nitrogen content keeping at 200 kg/hm~2.Crop growth and development,vegetable organs dry matter accumulation and transportation,vegetable organs carbohydrate content were observed through the entire period of the experiments.The partition of dry matter and carbohydrate contents of organs in different treatment were researched.The mechanism of photosynthetic distribution pattern and regulation of physio-ecological characteristics were revealed.And it is very significant for the research the effect of pattern of dry matter to yield,and can provide knowledge to divert fertilizer to water, promote fertilizer to water and increase yield.The result showed that fertilizer and water both affect growth and development and yield of winter wheat in the whole stage.With the development of the stage,on the condition of W1 and W2, leaf area,plant height were increased with increasing N quantity(120 kg/hm~2~200kg/hm~2),on the condition of the W3,HN didn't have obvious influence;plant height and leaf area were the largest at the treatment of HNW1;the effect of water and fertilizer coupling on plant height and leaf area were significant and very significant.The tiller was the most at the booting,at the treatment of NNW3,the till decrease obviously;the water and fertilizer coupling affect tiller obviously.The percent of dry matter in leaf was increased with the increase of nitrogen and soil moisture, and it was the largest at the treatment of HNW1 at jointing,it decreased with the development of the stage;The percent of dry matter in stem was the largest at anthesis at the treatment of NNW2;The percent of dry matter in sheath at the drought stress at booting.The carbohydrate content of each vegetable organs was the largest at the anthesis;The carbohydrate content improved by the water deficit degree more serious,and it decreased by the increasing of nitrogen,and can improve somatically adjustment,then adapted the stress condition.HNW1can improve the translated amount, but decreased translated ratio and contribution ratio;The translated ration and contribution ratio were the highest of vegetable organs to kernel at the treatment of HNW2.From the component of yield,all indicators of zhoumail8 were higher than jimai20.The yield was the most at the treatment of HNW1.The effect of water fertilizer coupling on yield was significant.From the relationship of dry matter distribution,sucrose content and yield of winter wheat in different growth stage,distribution of dry matter in vegetable organs was negatively correlated with yield at jointing,correlation coefficients were respectively R=-0.412,R=-0.42,R=-0.35.The positive relation with the growth period forward,it was the largest at filling,correlation coefficients were respectively R=0.82,R=0.74,R=0.71.Sucrose content and yield negatively at the whole stage. Negatively relation was highest at filling,correlation coefficients were respectively R=-0.41,R=-0.62,R=-0.71.
