The study is on the effect of different fertilizations on the soil physical, chemical and biological property, crop's yield and LAI in Corn-Gaodan-Alfalfa's farming-pastoral zone. It confirms the significance to soil fertilization of this plant model by discussing the change law of soil property and crop yield in different farming-pastoral madels, which also gives a theoretical basis for the improvement of crop yield and implement of"ecological agriculture". The results showed that:1. In 2006, the largest decling of MNP's soil bulk density is 11.76% in corn district while the smallest decline is 6.7% in alfalfa district. In 2007, corn's soil bulk density has increased again while Gaodan and alfalfa's decreases successively. Soil moisture in 2006 is higher than it in 2007, also the highest soil moisture in three crops'district acts mainly in July and August.2. The utilization of organic matter, total N, available N has been significantly reduced by 22.47%, 34.21% and 55.05% repectively resulted from successive farming of corn. The utilization of available N and available P has been significantly reduced by 119.5% and 50.56% resulted from successive farming of Gaodan. The utilization of organic matter, total N and total P has been significantly increased by 43.62%, 26.91% and 19.45% in turn resulted from successive farming of alfalfa.3. 2007's bacteria amount decreases 45.2% than 2006's before sowing, also fungi amount before sowing and after havest decreases 16.7% and 69.3% respectively in corn district. 2007's bacteria amount decreases 53.8% than 2006's before sowing in Gaodan district. 2007's bacteria amount decreases 28.6% than 2006's before sowing, also actinomyces and fungi increases 17.2% and 18.2% respectively in alfalfa district.4. M and MNP measures could raise soil organic carbon, total nitrogen, soil microbialbiomass carbon and soil microbial biomass nitrogen, trend of soil microbial biomass carbon and soil microbial biomass nitrogen are 10~20cm > 0~10cm > 20~40cm.5. In 2006, corn production, Gaodan and alfalfa yield of MNP is 12.9%, 11.2%, 10.8% higher than contrast area's, respectively; In 2007, corn production, Gaodan and alfalfa yield of MNP is 12.7%, 11.3%, 12.6% higher than contrast area's, respectively.6. Corn and Gaodan grass's LAI of MNP could increase 20% than that of CK.
