This experiment take Jinchun No.4 test materials. Study of the high temperature on photosynthesis protective enzgme and the leaf anatomical structure of the cucumber in greenhouse cucumber under the co2 enrichment.The experiment proved that1,The cucumber still maintain the high photosynthesis rate under the co2 enrichment and high temperature.At14:00 pm reach 17μmol·m-2·s-1 is two times than CK .2,At the noon the leaf stomata opening number to be more than the closing number under the co2 enrichment and high temperature. At the co2 enrichment conditions can reduce or even break the " midday depression " phenomenon.3,The leaves of malondialdehyde (MDA), proline (Pro) content increased, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity reduce under the co2 enrichment and high temperature.4,Under the condition of the co2 enrichment and high temperature the starch-grains content is shorter than the condition of the co2 enrichment and normal temperature.5,Under the co2 enrichment and high temperature the higher activity of mesophyll cell than CK, which leaves the structure more closely. And the difference of the leaf blade structure is not significant with the condition of the co2 enrichment and normal temperature.The study for the protection and cultivation of co2 enrichment and high temperature provides a theoretical basis, has important theoretical significance and wide application prospect...
