Micro-spraying is a modern, advanced and efficient type for irrigation, it is characterized with water saving, labor saving, land saving, energy saving, high production of the crop. If being worked in fertilizing or mixed insecticide when irrigating, it is going to heighten the effect of manure or insecticide. Simultaneity it ensures to harvest high grade crop. Being a new focus of innovation, that influence it brings to micro irrigation is the same to that of micro irrigation which has made a huge impact on irrigation.The hydraulic characteristics sprinkle characteristics of the micro-spraying hose was studied in this paper.First, the author made some experiments. The experimental micro-spraying hoses were NY/T—25—30/80—A, NY/T—32—30/80—A and NY/T—40—30/80—A, which each has the same single hole with diameter of 0.7mm. Then the relation of pressure-flux of the micro-spraying hose was found. The NY/T—25—30/80—A was chosen to study the law of spurting and its water application rate distribution of micro-spraying hose. According to the experimental method of micro-spraying hose, water application rate distribution law of a single hole was found and the influence of work pressure and spray angle was analyzed in the paper. Besides the law of three holes cooperating was probed into primarily. The following work has been down in the paper:1. According to the experimental data, the relation of pressure-flaw of micro-spraying hose was analyzed.2. The changing trend of flow pattern of the water in the micro-spraying hose was ascertained.3. According to the experimental data, using the software Surfer, the water application rate distribution law of a single hole was found. The variety of the width of dry area, the humid area and the range was portrayed following the changing of work pressure and the changing of spraying angle.4. Apply mathematical method to solve the physics equation of the drip spurting from the micro-spraying hose to find the tract of the drip.5. After processed test data with the linear composite method, using the software of Matlab to simulate the water application rate distribution of the overlapping humid area from kinds of single hole, controlled by allowable minimal uniformity (CU), the spacing of neighbor spraying hole, neighbor team or neighbor micro-spraying hose was estimated.Above achievements would have a guideline for micro-spraying hose in design, installation construction .
