Arbuscular Mycorrhizal, as a kind of widespread natural symbiosis, taking place on plants infecting of Arbuscular Mycorrhiza Fungi (AMF), can improve absorption of nutrients of crops, expant the scope of roots, promote growth rate and thereby increase the fruit quality and production. In this study, based on muskmelon Zhong Mi 5, the yield and fruit quality of muskmelon was study affected by N-K fertilizer combining with infecting with AMF, and all the plants grow in organic soil.This study aimed to provide a basic theoretical for melon cultivation and the main results as follows:1. Though inoculating with two strains of AMF(GV, GM) on seedlings substrate with 8 melon cultivars at sowing stage, the results showed that AM fungi could increase photosynthetic rate, chlorophyll content in leaves of host plant, thereby increasing the output of the host plant and to improve the quality of its fruit .The results also demonstrate that GM more better and whose best host was muskmelon Zhong mi5 based on the evaluation of mycorrhizal infection incidence, yield and quality and soluble solids content.2. Three factors(urea, potassium sulfate, irrigation) quadratic current rotation revolving design can get Mathematic model about muskmelon yield and fruit sugar content. The result showed that the yield could be highest when adding urea 9g/plant, potassium sulfate 10g/plant, irrigation 40L/plant. In the same time, the content of sugar could be the highest when urea 9g/plant, potassium sulfate 15.6g/plant, irrigation 20L/plant. Compared with the control, the yield and the sugar content both higher in the plant treated by GM. Therefore, GM have a good effect on yield and the quality of host plant but using less irrigated water.3. Though the investigation of aromatic substances and fruit sugar content in the fruits of melon Zhong Mi 5 by adding different amount of potassium, the results shows that the 9.6 g potassium fertilizer of every plant can make the fruit have most aroma and sugar than other treatment. In addition, the alcohols and esters content was negatively correlated in the fruit.
