Heat-pump dehumidifier can consume a small amount of high grade energy to make more heat. It is a kind of environmental protection and energy saving method of timber drying.At present, our wood drying laboratory does not have heat-pump drying experiment-platform of lumber, which can be controlled flexible.The paper has designed and selected all the parts of the 0.1m~3 heat-pump drying experiment-platform, and rendered the system relevant charts.And qualitative analyed the influence of the bypass-rate of humid-air which can affect the wet air temperature through dehumidification evaporator and the specific power consumption.Combined with critical dehumidified state analysis, this paper described the influence of the bypass-rate in detail firstly, which can affect the difference value of enthalpy, moisture content of wet air before and after evaporator and the volume of dehumidification. The method which determined the best bypass-rate automatically by computer and the regulation process was described firstly in this paper. The results show that:(1) The bypass-rate increased, the capacity used to cooling humid-air changed to be more, and the temperature after evaporator decreased.(2) The specific power consumption was only determined by the volume of dehumidification. In the same by-pass rate, deferent media state, the specific power consumption would be increased if the temperature of dry media increase and the moisture content of wet air reduced.(3) In a given condition, there was only one best can make the largest amount of dehumidification.(4) The temperature and humidity of the circulation air could be got through the sensor for drying process, and then judgment of the best bypass rate could be determined real-time.
