The arid and semi-arid region in our country in quite large is ecological fragile.Drought and dehydration are the main disorder of forestry,animal husbandry and vice production and ecological environment construction.Drought-resistant afforestation has become a core technology of forestry ecological construction as well as an important means to improve vegetation restoration and afforestation quality.Foliar fertilizer has got flourishing development and is striving for multifunctional composites,natural and environmental protection.However now foliar fertilizer is mainly applied to agricultural crops,economic crops and fruit pants,which is limit the study of protection forest and soil and water conservation forest.The study which is to change internal water requirement by improving the water utilization rate is few.The study has a fundamental meaning in enriching the technology of drought resistance for afforestation in Northern China.This article starts from a double angle,including adversity-restraint physiologic and plant nutrition.We have recorded the change of the main afforestation species in arid and semi-arid region such as Rhus typhina,Robinia pseudoacacia and Ulmus pumila after using anti-transpiration foliar fertilizer.We study the Physiological and biochemical changes of the trees in transpiration rate, stomatal resistance,leaf water potential,content of chlorophyll,and test observations in growth index, anatomical structure change.We study the mechanism of new anti-transpiration foliar fertilizer and screen the kinds and formulations of new anti-transpiration foliar fertilizer of specific species through statistical analysis.We also analyze its effect on improving restoration,the survival rate of transplant, stress resistance of plants and plant's nutritional conditions.The article uses the orthogonal design of five factors four levels.The five factors included tree species,fertilizers,spraying concentrations,spraying concentrations.While the four levels included, Rhus typhina,Robinia pseudoacacia,Ulmus pumila,Rhus typhina again.The fertilizer set included self-made A,self-made B,market C,water control D.Spraying concentrations set also included four levels,which are 300 times diluted,600 times diluted,900 times diluted and 1200 times diluted.Soil moisture sets are 10%,15%,20%,25%.We can draw the following conclusion from the analysis of the final effect:The three foliar fertilizers have an effect on increasing stomatal resistance of Rhus typhina, Robinia pseudoacacia and Ulmus pumila.They can also improve level water potential and reduce leaf transpiration rate.The most influential formulation for plant's physiological indices of drought tolerance is the self-made A,+Robinia pseudoacacia+900 times diluted+20%soil moisture.The three foliar fertilizers have promoted the different degree growth of Rhus typhina,Robinia pseudoacacia and Ulmus pumila.The most prominent combination in promoting growth index is the self-made A+Robinia pseudoacacia+900 to 1200 times diluted+20%soil moisture.The three foliar fertilizers have an obvious effect on nutrient absorption of Rhus typhina,Robinia pseudoacacia and Ulmus pumila.The most prominent absorption of nutrition in the leaves is self-made A+Robinia pseudoacacia+900 times diluted+20%to 25%soil moisture.make a comprehensive analysis on the results,we can draw the conclusion that the best formulation is self-made A+Robinia pseudoacacia+900times diluted+20%soil moisture.
