In the arid and semi-arid conditions, plants will lost a lot of water because transpiration, but also often deficit even dehydration. In order to make full use of limited rainfall resource in the arid and semi-arid region, according to the mechanism of transpiration, this study used plant growth regulator, trace elements and rare earth elements, macroelements to mix, developing a new fight transpiration of foliar fertilization for the present situation of current water shortage agricultural antitranspirants resistance on the basic of analysis and absorpt the related research achievements. This paper investigated the foliar fertilization and a market for ordinary foliar fertilization and clear water on seedling physiological growth indices and drought resistance index and some other index effects of Robinia pseudoacacia, Juglans regia, Prunus armeniaca L.. In different soil moisture conditions, processing Robinia pseudoacacia, Juglans regia, Prunus armeniaca L. with different concentration ratio of foliar fertilization, and with clear water controls for comparison, Measure and analyze the stomata resistance, transpiration rate, leaf RWC, water use efficiency, drought-resistant physiological indexes and biomass, chlorophyll, leaf in content of nutrient elements and seedling height, the new shoots diameter, leaf area and other growth index changes under the different treatments.Results are as follows:1 seedling growth index determination result shows that:tree species and fertilizer are the important influencing factors of seedling growth, the best combination to increase seedling growth are: tree species selection Juglans regia, foliar fertilization choose 2, spraying concentration of 1.11 mL/L 0.67 mL/L, soil moisture content within 5% to 15% to be choose. 2 the determination results of content of nutrient elements within the leaves show that:tree species and fertilizer are the important factors to improve the element content and Ca content. Fertilizer is the dominant factor affecting leaf P content. Robinia pseudoacacia leaf in N, P, Ca, is the highest, foliar fertilization number 2 more advantageous to leaf in each affecting element content improved.3 measurement results of chlorophyll value of seedling show that:the tree species selecte Juglans regia, use number 2 was for foliar fertilization, concentration of 0.67 mL/L-1.11 mL/L, soil moisture content within 5% to 15% in the treatments combinations can effective choice of chlorophyll content raise seedling.4 determination index result of drought resistance of seedling shows that:the number 2 fertilizer can effectively enhance the ability of drought-resistance of plants, and three tree species is in the strongest drought resistance, Robinia pseudoacacia is suit for the tree as the forestry species under drought condition.
