The fruits of Panax ginseng C.A.Meyer,with the high ginsenosides content and the evidently pHarmacological activity,has been studied extensively along with the research development on the other part of the Ginseng's plant except the root.But up to now,there were a few reports on the chemical studies of the fruits of Panax ginseng.This research takes the fruit of valuable traditional Chinese drugginseng as raw material,The biological system chooses,Mainly by Geotrichum candidum and so on 5 kind of strains primarily,In the substrate choice aspect,Then take the ginseng soap glucoside in certain monomer soap glucoside content big ginseng fruit juice as the first choice,The rocker liquid fermentation research ginseng soap glucoside biotransformation report are few,Above mold mushroom spawn fermentation transformation ginseng's soap glucoside not yet saw me system until now the report.
