| This article through the cultivation experiment, had studied the room temperature and guarantees under the wet condition the potassium magnesium sulfur different allocated proportion to soil pH, the soil available potassium, the exchangeable magnesium, the available sulfur content change characteristic;Through the pot experiment, studied had employed the different allocated proportion in the soil the potassium magnesium sulfur to grow fat to the soybean adult plant, the nutrition content, main physiological metabolism, the output and the quality influence.The guidance of K, Mg, S lack of soybean planting areas of sulfur fertilizer application of potassium and magnesium to provide a scientific basis. 1. Soil culture results showed soil pH was raised at first,and it got down following time gone and final declining trend after different combined applications of potassium,magnesium.sulfur fertilizer were applied. Rate of sulfur fertilizer application was the main factors impact on soil pH dlined.Natrient fixation showed :①Potassium fixation was delined when dose rate of potassium and magnesium which one was applied low nutrient level or high nutrient level;Potassium fixation dlined when low sulfur nutrient levcl .②KNO3 fertilizer increased was in favor of the release of MgO and MgO major release in the first 50-90 days of time, up to a maximum value of 70 days.③Increase potassium application rate was in favor of sulfur release when medium netrinent level or high nertrient level of sulfur.nutrient fixation of sulfur was delinded quickly by sulfur application rate impowed. Sulfur release was inhibitioned when low potassium nutrient level. Sulfur nutrient fixation was lowest when high potassium nutrient level and medium sulfur nutrient level. 2. The result of experiment of pot culture indicated:①Application rate of potassium could increase dry matter yield and plant height, stem diameter, root length and dry matter yield was reduced after the first rising trend of soybean by sulfur application rate impowed. dry matter yield of K2Mg1S2 and K2Mg1S3 were highest,up to 87.06g/basin, 85.08g/basin.②①KNO3 and sulfur fertilizer wereon the role of chlorophyll , chlorophyll content of soybean was increased when applied high KNO3 netrient level and medium sulfur nutrient level.Quantity of potassium and sulfur in the same application, the total chlorophyll of K2 in the clover period, flowering period, drum tablets were higher than the total chlorophyll of K1,increased by 7.0%, 2.2%, 7.1%. Quantity of potassium and magnesium in the same application, the total chlorophyll of S2 in the clover period, flowering period, drum tablets were higher than the total chlorophyll of S1,increased by0.9%, 1.8%, 0.5%.③Sulfur could increase nitrate reductase activity in lealves of soybean , soybean leaves nitrate reductase activity increased with the sulfur application increased at first, then go downward with sulfur fertilizer increased. Period of Soybean flowering and drum holding, Content of nitrate reductase in soybean leaves of S2 higher than S1, S3. higher than S1 8.0%, 8.4% and higher than S31.1%, 1.2%.④SOD, POD, CAT activity in soybean period of full flowering stage were stronger than SOD, POD, CAT activity in soybean period of tablets strong drum.SOD and CAT activity in soybean were delined while POD was increased by the impoved applied of sulfur. SOD activity of soybean S1 period of the full flowering stage and tablets strong drum increaser than the average levels of SOD period S2, S3 ,increased by 0.4-0.5%,0.9-1.3%;While CAT increased by 1.6-1.8%,2.7-3.2% than S2, S3 . POD activity in soybean period of full flowering stage were deliner than S2, S3,delined by 1.8-4.1%,0.9-5.5%。⑤Soil application of low, medium and high levels of sulfur application rate on soybean to absorbed potassium, magnesium content showed that: soybean plants increased the concentration of potassium and magnesium concentration is reduced after applied with low, medium and high levels of sulfur application rate and impoved potassium application rate;On the other hand ,increased magnesium application rate, soybean plants increased the concentration of the body of magnesium concentrations,and potassium concentrations were reduced. Thease resulted that Soil application of low, medium and high levels of sulfur application rate on soybean,antagonism between with potassium magnesium, antagonism effect were reduced when medium sulfur nutrient level.Considered every aspects of tobacco plants growth vigor,biochemical and physiological index, soybean yield and quality of physical:the different combined applications of potassium,magnesium.sulfur fertilizer was recommended best as K2Mg1S2 ,followed by K2Mg1S3与K2Mg2S2;the worest was K1Mg1S2,K1Mg1S1,K1Mg1S3.It was suggested that a optimum application ratio for K+,Mg2+and S2-was 1.0:0.2~0.3:0.5~0.8. |
