The Force Measurement Data Acquisition System For Field-work Of Driven Disc Plow Based On MMC

According to the working condition of actuation type disc plow,this dissertation design a set of data acquisition system for disc plow base on MMC,and introduce the main part of software and hardware of this system.It includes many modulars in this system. Such as the A/D convertion,the LCD display , the remote control keyboard , the data storage and the AT89S8253 microcontroller. The unique of this system is the data storage which is based on MMC. So this system become portable,we overcome the difficulty that the previous data acquisition only can be used in the fixed location,and it is suitable for working in the field for long time.In the software design of the slave computer,this dissertation describe how to automatically collect the signal from the pull and pressure sensor by using AD7730,and how to decode the signal from the infrared remote controller,and how to save data in the MMC and the other function modular in detail. By using Delphi 7,I design the wave display software. It can read the AD data file and playback the wave shape of disc plow when worked in the field,and then analyze the stress condition of the disc plow.Finally,feasibility of the hardware and software design of this data acquisition system is verified by experiments and application.
