In order to study on regulation of spring high yield soybean growth,yield and quality of different stages of soybean under film (Heihe26,Xindou8,Jiyu60,Juyu47). Applied N-fertilizer volume on spring soybean of Xindou8 covered by film and N-fertilizer applied period on Juyu47. The main results as follow:The results indicated that there are insignificant changes of growth stage between under film and bear plant,except for high of stem,stem thick,LAI,dry matter of accumulated, and LAD of covered film soybean LAD,xindou8 and jiyu60 were better,and characters of root represent that increased bleeding,dry weight,side-roots,number of nodule,and dry weight of tumor apparently,Jiyu60 and Xindou8 are the most increased. The pods and seeds of single plant,100 seeds weight which are covered by file all increased significantly ,Jiyu60 and Xindou8 are the most increased. There is no change about soybean quality covered by film.With Nitrogen fertilizer increase under 0-150 kg/hm2,the stem high,number branch, mid-top Internodes,length of leafstalk,LAI,LAD,and the accumulation of dry matter increased with the N-fertilizer increased;Photosynthetic rate of soybean decrease after increased with N-fertilizer increased;side-roots and root system dry weight increased with N-fertilizer increased,bleeding,the side root activity,the member of per nodules and dry matter of nodule decreased after increased with N-fertilizer increased;the pods of single plant,seeds of single plant and yield were decreased after increased with N-fertilizer increased,while,the weight of 100 seeds increased with N-fertilizer increased,Protein content,oil content increased with N-fertilizer increased.When a certain proportion of N-fertilizer was used as later top dressing,the upper internodes and leaf area,the length of leafstalk,leaf area index,stem thick,dry matter accumulation decreased,LAD are decrease with the nitrogen fertilizer increased latter time while the angle of leafstalk with stalk were increased; the pods of single plant,seeds of single plant,yield were decreased after increased,the length of top internodes,top leaf area,top length of leafstalk,weight of 100 seeds and quality insignificantly change with the nitrogen fertilizer increased latter time.
