Field experiments were conducted from 2013 to 2014 at the Ji Suo Town Tengzhou City of Shandong Province, Taking the Potato. ‘helan 15’ as test material.Set up the Clear film,Biodegradable plastic film,Black film. By monitoring the soil moisture and temperature,accumulation and distribution of NPK nutrients, starch content, growth and yield index, field investigation and laboratory experiments, Systematically and comprehensively reveal the effects of covered with different types of film on yield and quality of potato. The main results were as follows:In spring potato growing season, The Biodegradable film and the Clear film is much better than no-film-covered. As the Biodegradable plastic film was coincided with potato growth period, In the early stage the climate is cold and the Biodegradable plastic film can effectively improve the temperature of the soil because of its insulation effected,By the late spring potato stage, the weather is hot and the holes in Biodegradable plastic film can be degraded by increasing the soil water infiltration to reduce the temperature of the soil. The Biodegradable plastic film in improving potato germination rate, shorten the growth period of potato, increase soil organic matter content, and the index of the harvest of potato quality are improved significantly. The average yield of the Biodegradable plastic film in two years is 40433.2kg/ha and increased by 20.73% than no-film-cover significantly. The average yield of the Ordinary film in two years is 40106.8kg/ha and increased by 19.69% than no-film-cover significantly. there are some gaps in the Biodegradable film and the Clear film on some indicators, but the difference is little. And due to the Biodegradable plastic film degradate at the later stage, it is conducive to environmental protection, plays a crucial role in governance of the “white pollution” phenomenon, soobviously the Biodegradable film results in improving the economic and ecological benefits, and has broad application prospects.In autumn potato growing season, the measurement indicators of film-cover is much bett er than no-film-covered. The potato covered Black film can inhibit the growth of weeds effect ively. Compared with the Clear film,The Black film is not sensitive to atmospheric temperatur e and its temperature is relatively stable. In the autumn potato early stage, the climate is hot an d black film can effectively reduce the temperature of the soil because of its shading performa nce. By the late autumn potato, the whether is cold and Black film can still maintain high tem perature persistently. In conclusion, autumn potato with black film are better than other treatm ent in soil water content, soil organic matter, accumulation and distribution of NPK nutrients and potato quality measurement indicators. Its average yield in two years is 32132.85 kg/ha a nd increased by 11.3% than no-film-cover significantly. The black film is suitable for large ar ea promotion in the autumn potato production.
