The mutation of three soybeans were induced by N+ ion Implantation and 60Co-γray radiated in three doses,M4 Generation of 3 cultivars which was radiated,were studied on the dose effects of some traits in seedling stage and main agronomic characters and days of life duration and quality. The main results are as follows.1. Date of pod bearing could be obviously held ahead of time which were radiated with 60Co-γray. With the increased of doses, soluble saccharine content grew smaller.The Amino acid content was increased.It is possible to select high per plant yield If comparing with differernt plant type traits in M4,but differert soybean need diferent doses. Soybean's protein content was improved notably which were radiated with 60Co-γray.2. Date of pod flowering could be obviously held ahead of time which were radiated with N+ ion.The high doses of N+ ion Implantation restained obviously the seedling date, but chlorophyll content rose.It is possible to select high per plant yield if comparing with differernt plant type traits in M4, but differert soybean need diferent doses. Soybean's protein content and oil content were improved notably which were radiated with N+ ion.It had significant effects on protein content and oil content of different materials.3. Comparing induced improvoment of M4 between radiated with 60Co-γray and implanted with N+ ion, protein content was improved notably which were radiated 60Co-γray, oil content was improved notably which were radiated with N+ ion. pod number per plant and yield per plant which were radiated with 60Co-γray.
