Breeding, cultivation and management technologies, physiological characteristics,application of Sabina vulgaris Ant.vulgaris were researched mainly in this paper.The sprays of Sabina vulgaris Ant.vulgaris were soked in the rooting powder with five kinds of concentration separately for 5min and 10min at the bottom of sprays,water immersion was CK.The result showed that the concentration of 200mg/kg for 5min immersion and concentration of 100mg/kg for 10min immersion to achieve the maximum rooting rate,rooting rate were 81% and 79% separately,when a certain soaking time,the concentration of more than 300mg/kg,root result was not satisfactory,the greater the concentration (300-500mg/kg),the worse the effect of rooting.Sabina vulgaris Ant. in the wild environment were transplanted to find that these trees were survived and soil plant survival rate was higher than pot.In response to sunlight combined curve and the light saturation point of Sabina vulgaris Ant. and Poa were measured separately,the results showed that when the light intensity conditions was fixed 1200μmol.m-2.s-1 of Sabina vulgaris Ant.,from the morning 8:40 am to 22 : 40 pm,the Pn was two peaks curve,the time was 8:40and 18:40,the largest peak was 10μmolCO2.m-2.s-1. When the light intensity conditions was fixed 1200μmol.m-2.s-1 of Poa,from the morning 8:30 am to 22 : 30 pm,the Pn was one peak curve,the largest peak was 15μmolCO2.m-2.s-1.The Pn of Sabina vulgaris Ant. and Poa were parabola in the light intensity with 17 levels,before the light intensity for 80μmolm-2.s-1 and 150μmol.m-2.s-1,the Pn were negative,in the light intensity from 2100μmol.m-2.s-1 to 3000μmol.m-2.s-1and from 2400μmol.m-2.s-1 to 3000μmol.m-2.s-1,the Pn achieved the maximum which were 10molμCO2.m-2.s-1about and 18molμCO2.m-2.s-1;the light Saturation point wide of Sabina vulgaris Ant. and Poa were from 2100μmol.m-2.s-1 to 3000μmol.m-2.s-1 and from 2400μmol.m-2.s-1 to 3000μmol.m-2.s-1,the Pn were 10μmolCO2.m-2.s-1 and 18μmolCO2.m-2.s-1.Soil moisture changes were studied with four different materials that were coveraged with blank,pure Poa,pure Sabina vulgaris Ant vulgaris trees and Sabina vulgaris Ant. mixed Poa in the same water cycle condition. The results showed that:the 5cm soil moisture decreased fasterly than 20cm, 35cm; the volume water of soil 5 cm,20cm with Sabina vulgaris Ant. mixed Poa and pure Poa decreased slowerly than the blank and pure Sabina vulgari Ant.vulgaris trees in the same layers; the volume water of soil 30cm with Sabina vulgariAnt.vulgaris trees mixed Poa and pure Poa were lower than the blank and pure Sabina vulgaris Ant. in the same layer.The water stress and Pn of Sabina vulgaris Ant. and Poa were studied,the results showed that:when the volume water of soil content (Wv) 20cm layer achieved 28.1% and25.2% with Sabina vulgaris Ant. and Poa,the Pn achieved maximum peak; when the volume of soil water content fell to 12.1% and 16.3%, they were wilting; when soil water content fell to 8.1% and 12.3%, they were dead.The cultivation and management techniquesof Sabina vulgaris Ant. were studied : in the manual grass-cutting,manual raking leaves and manual weeding,the highest survival rate was the grass-cutting,followed by raking leaves,weeding was minimum;Sabina vulgaris Ant. were planted with 15×15cm which survival rate were higher than 30×30cm.The molding technology banding of Sabina vulgaris Ant. were studied,the results showed that: sticks more coarse,banding forming longer,from the thick branches for the 0.5-1cm ,1-1.5 cm,1.5-2cm,2cm above four levels,forming the shortest and longest time for more than half a year and more than 2 years.
