This investigation was aimed to study the changed regulation of 14 microsatallite loci in inbreed Wu Zhi Shan pig.The object of this was to find out the character of inbreed pig in molecular genetic ,this might give a base of machanism to research on the specific charactors ,also conduce to improve its application in human medicine.There were two parts in this study. Part one: In this experiment, Study on genetic regulation of loci gene in inbreeding pig.To investigate the genetic characters of Wuzhishan miniature pig, the fluorescent labeling techniques was applied to test total 14 microsatellites loci. The results showed that the average heterozygosity and number of alletes among them, was 0.42 and 2.7 respectively. In addition, the average polymorphism information content (PIC) of whole colony was 0.37., the average of N.alletes and heterozygosity from three families, was 2.36, 2.29, 2.50 and.41, 0.45, 0.42, respectively, and the average of N.alletes and heterozygosite in each generation from F13 to F18 was 2.21, 2.57, 2.36, 2.57, 2.50, 1.64 and 0.31, 0.41, 0.36, 0.41, 0.37, 0.20. respectively.At microsatellites loci of SW2409, SW510, SW71 in three families of F13 to F18 was all homezygosites. Conclusion: The results suggested that gene dosage was dicresed and gene purity was incesed with inbreeding genirations. but at loci of SW936 and SW874 was at higher heterozygosites in all the families of F13-F18 which maybe related to him specially genetic characters which has need to be inverstigated in the further.PART two, To investigate the genetic character of wzsp from three different families, the aim of study was to discover the genetic regular to support the research of their phenetics. The 14 microsatellite DNA sites with fluorescent labed weas used to test heterozygosis and changes of each site alletes of 75 samplesThe average number of allete,heterozygosity and polymorphism information content (PIC) in three families was 2,1.92,2.17 and 0.4,0.32,0.44 and 0.26,0.25,0.32 respectively. It was found that the microsatellite of SW2409 SW510 SW71 SW510 had reached the homozygosis completely. However, there were different cross close index, the first was II .There was 3-4 microsatellites seat of them in each families which the loci gene is on hybridizationsThe results suggested that the number of loci gene in the microsatellites seat was going dowing with his inbeeding generation improved. WZSP is a genetically stably breed within the genetic standard closed colony.The primarry genetic regulation of microsatellite loci gene in three inbred families is discovered.
