The part one, Genetic structure including diversity, polymorphism information contents(PIC), heterozygosity(H) were studied in Wuzhishan miniature Swine using 9 microsatellite DNA markers. From the table three and table four we can know microsatellite site detected have 1~3 allelic gene, the frequence of allelic gene is between 0.1250 and 1.0000, heterozygosity is between 0 and 0.6226, polymorphism is between 0 and 0.5480, average heterozygosity is 0.3849 and average polymorphism information contents is 0.3270. The average heterozygosity and polymorphism information contents of three families is respectively 0.2934,0.2075,0.3005 and 0.2227,0.1588,0.2408。The results indicated with increasing of generation genetic variation is reducing. It is suggested that WZSP is a genetically stability breed and satistifies the genetic standard of closed colony animal, and that the inbreeding degree of three lineages of WZSP are all high,and the richness of genetic diversity is lower than general commercial pig breeds. It also shows each lineage has been different groups with individual genes. And this can provide theoretic foundation for the study of trial animals. The part two,The growth curves of F15 30 male and 28 female inbred Wu Zhi Shan Miniature Swine from 1 day-old to 180 day-old were analyzed and fitted with three kinds of non-lineared models—Index model, Logistic model, Compertz model .This study may supply scientific bases for selective and exploitation of the breed. From the graph one we can know that the males and females had the same growth curve before 50 day-old. And then, the females got a higher growth rate than males did. From the table one we can know that Logistic curves could be fitted well by Index model for females(R2=0.9854,0.9277,0.9691,0.9521,0.9651)and males(R2=0.9914,0.9544,0.9823,0.9061,0.9636). The value of R2 of Index model and Compertz model were lower .The parameters of fitted curves representing the maxium body weight in females were higher than those of males. The results indicated that the Logistic model is the perfect growth curve model fitted Wu Zhi Shan Miniature Swine.
