21st century is the era of high information,the wide application of the Agricultural High-tech represented by biotechnology and information technology,made the Traditional Thought and Technology of Agriculture occurring a great renovation,and provided more abundant Agricultural Products and more effective management means to us.Precision agriculture as the development direction of Agriculture is hot fields in research and application on agricultural science in the future.Driven by the needs for carrying out precision agriculture research,The Spatial variability and correlation of wheat growing and yield information in the experimental plot at Lianhu Farm in Danyang was studied in this paper,on the basis of the study of spatial information processing technology in the fields.The electronic map of the field boundary was collect with VMS200,and the images and videos of wheat growth with location information was acquired too. Accorded to the digital map and interfaced to GPS hardware,the method of systematic sampling was used to determine the parameters of wheat growth and wheat yield.At last, the spatial distribution map of wheat growth was generated and their distributions were analyzed.The information on the growth and yield of wheat were analyzed using classical statistical and geostatistics methods.The variation coefficient of parameters was obtained with the application of classical statistical methods,chlorophyll content,plant height,panicle and grain number Belong to the weak variability,for their variation coefficients ranged form 3%-8%,however,fresh weight,stem sin number,leaf area index and yield Belong to intermediate variability,for their variation coefficients ranged form13%-27%.The semi-sphere models of the growth and yield of wheat were developed using geostatistical methods.The results show that the range of the growth and yield of wheat correlation distance was 5.4~10.35m,and They all had a strong spatial correlation.The establishment of the model could offset the shortage of using classical statistics to study the physiological character of plant.General growth situation of wheat jointing stage and heading stage was evaluated using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and the evaluation result was tested with correlation analysis.The results showed that:there was a remarkable correlation between General growth situation of wheat heading stage and wheat yield,for their correlation coefficient was 0.676.It is proved the evaluation result to General growth situation of wheat heading stage is basically same to the actual situation of wheat growth.The correlation analysis of wheat growing information and yield was made,and the results showed that there was a significant correlation between the leaf area index of wheat heading stage and yield(coefficient 0.694).At last,Regression equation of the leaf area index of wheat heading stage and yield was established by regression analysis.Based on the Software of Mediamapper,a Farmland Geographic Information System about crop growth has been created,and it was transformed into the form of html,from which the query and display of images,video and text about wheat growth are realized.
