With three onions varieties(Zhangqiu onions,onions Liao 1,local onions) for the material,a series of physiological and biochemical changes were studied systematically in terms of ultra-try storage of seeds from the seed viability,enzyme activity and membrane permeability.The effects of onions seed longevity and a number of dry-resistant mechanism were explored further.The results were as follows:1,Ultra-dry seed storage onions in the process of germination rate,germination index and vigor index:The results show that the appropriate ultra-dry storage 1 year after the seeds of three species of green energy and life force will not vary much in that ultra-dry storage of a moderate in favor of green seed vigor to maintain,and can significantly improve the green seeds of anti-aging capability, to extend the life of seeds,germplasm conservation benefit.2,Ultra-dry storage of seeds of green onions after the soluble sugar content,heat-stable protein content,conductivity,dehydrogenase activity,α-amylase activity,reactive oxygen species,MDA content and antioxidant enzyme lipoxygenase enzyme system,the dynamic changes.The results showed that:①In the storage process,the water content of 8.5%-2.5%,and the lower water content of soluble sugar content is also lower compared with the original seed,did not change significantly; but when the MC≤2.0%,a marked increase in soluble sugar content.②After the green seed storage protein content in heat-stable compared with the control with the increase in water content in a downward trend,MC=2.5%to the appropriate content of ultra-dry seeds of the highest.③Appropriate storage of ultra-dry seeds of green onions will not cause a significant increase in electrical conductivity that can deal with ultra-dry seeds to maintain good membrane permeability.④Ultra-dry seeds of green onions during storage dehydrogenase activity did not change significantly, but when the MC≤2.0%,a significant reduction in dehydrogenase activity,compared with the original green Zhangqiu reduced the dehydrogenase activity of 10%,Liao onion 19%lower,the local green to reduce by 6%.⑤After the appropriate storage of ultra-dry seeds of green onions,α-amylase activity did not change significantly,that deal with ultra-dry seed germination potential well,obvious differences between species.⑥Determination of ultra-dry seeds of green onions during the active oxygen metabolism changes in a significant increase in ultra-dry seeds dry within the level of oxygen free radicals,that ultra-dry seeds of the ability to resist a strong attack of oxygen free radicals.⑦Ultra-dry seeds in an appropriate MDA content did not significantly increased indicating a moderate ultra-dry storage of seeds would not undermine the green seed membrane system,and excessive ultra-dry seed extract MDA content increased significantly,indicating excessive destruction of ultra-dry seed protection system so that the leakage of seeds with the material.⑧Appropriate to deal with ultra-dry seeds of green onions lipoxygenase enzyme activity did not change significantly on the process of ultra-dry storage of the sharp increase in oxygen free radicals is not caused by lipoxygenase.⑨Moderate ultra-dry storage of one year POD,SOD,CAT activity did not change significantly,that ultra-dry process does not weaken the antioxidant enzyme systems,antioxidant enzymes to maintain a good system..⑩Principal component analysis showed that:Dehydrogenase,SOD activity and green onions was very related to seed vigor;soluble sugar content,MDA,LOX activity and green onions was strongly related to seed vigor.3,Green onions after storage of ultra-dry seeds of three varieties of studies have shown that isozyme bands:①Three green varieties of ultra-dry seeds of appropriate peroxidase isozyme bands to maintain a good,original and storage without the ultra-dry seeds of the same enzymes,and both with 6;Excessive ultra-dry seeds of the green bands of varying degrees of loss,and Liao Zhangqiu green onions were lost on the 1st of A,B two bands,local bands B lost green onions:Without dealing with ultra-dry storage of seed bands also missing,lost all three species A,B bands.Therefore,A,B Zhangqiu bands can be used as green onions and green onions on the 1st seed Liao instructions with aging;B bands can be used as the aging of the local green belt instructions;B with the three species can be used as instructed with aging.②Three green varieties of ultra-dry seeds of an appropriate esterase isozyme bands to maintain a good,original and storage without the ultra-dry seeds of the same enzymes;Excessive storage of ultra-dry seeds of bands with varying degrees of missing,lost Zhangqiu green B,D,F,G band,Liao lost on the 1st green zone F,the local green lost C,F band; Without dealing with ultra-dry storage of seeds,three varieties are only A and E with band. Therefore,B,D,F,G Zhangqiu green belt can be used as instructed with the aging;F band can be used as green onions 1 Liaoshen instructions with aging;C,F band can be used as the aging of the local green belt instructions;and F band can be As the aging of the three varieties with instructions.
