In this paper, selected Utricularia vulgaris,Menyanthes trifoliata and Butomus umbellatus three aquatic or marsh plants for the study, summed up the three plants of the initial method of artificial propagation.Found through experiments, high temperature and low light will accelerate the disintegration of Utricularia vulgaris stolons and the formation of dormant buds, dormant buds after 30d save 14℃after 22℃,after 30d treatment of germination, germination of the new stolon as in high temperature conditions Growth and dissolution rates are enhanced.Utricularia vulgaris artificial culture, the daily average water temperature is not higher than 22℃,at the same time give high light,in water and the need to add inorganic salts and small aquatic animals to meet the needs of the growth of Utricularia vulgaris. The Menyanthes trifoliata in vitro propagation techniques for fresh stem explants. The results indicated that the young stem segment with buds was the best explant;the optimum sterilization time with 1g·L-1 HgCl2 was 9 min; MS+BA1.0mg·L-1+NAA0.10mg·L-1 was the optimum medium for primary culture.Through the wild flowers Butomus umbellatus observed that the body in addition to vegetative propagation of the underground stem,It's also can produce viviparums to through the winter and reproduction.Selected bulbils organization, with 75%ethanol and 30 seconds of immersion, flushing sterile water eight minutes after the immersion 1g/LHgCl2.A longitudinal section of the top bulbils after MS + BA1.0 + NAA0.05-0.1 medium in primary culture.Survived after the subculture continues to be organized longitudinal section, in the MS + BA1.5 + NAA0.05-0.1 culture medium so that the formation of new leaves and repeated after two to three times the number of grow into new plants. After roots regenerated, the seedlings were transferred out of planting after a short acclimation period.
