Buckwheat shelled generate admixture materiels which contain buckwheat shell,shelled buckwheat,dust and unshelled buckwheat, the traditional separating adopt a method that is separate buckwheat shell and dust at the top of segregator,in this method air current and materiel mix asymmetry, buckwheat shell and shelled buckwheat separate unthoroughly. We design a sort of air-suction separator by using parameter sculpt software Pro/E, select inlet scoop wind speed,air network area and place position,the number of revolving plate,the obliquity of separator and horizontal plane as main test factor. Reference provisions scalping machine test method(JB/T 7722-1995), canvass cleaning efficiency and percentage loss . Via alter the obliquity of separator and horizontal plane,air network area and place position,inlet scoop wind speed do single factor, educe with the increase of inlet scoop wind speed cleaning efficiency boost,when cleaning efficiency reach 98%,if the wind speed proceed increase,the percentage loss will steep rise. If we control inlet scoop wind speed, the obliquity of separator and horizontal plane is 45°,air network area is 260×80mm2,separate effect preferably.Select inlet scoop wind speed,the number of revolving plate,air network place position orthogonal test method,via analysis derive optimum assembly: air network place in the middle place,three revolving plates, cleaning efficiency reach up to98%, percentage loss below 0.5%.
