| With the development of the economy,people’s quality of life is getting higher and higher.The requirement of food is not only to solve the problem of adequate food and clothing,but also to pay more attention to the safety and nutrition of food.In many crops,the nutritional value of small grains is the most abundant,and in the small grains,buckwheat is the most nutritious.Buckwheat has high nutritional value and is favored by consumers.The buckwheat planting process also has the characteristics of drought tolerance and cold tolerance,and has good adaptability to the seasonal characteristics of drought and rainfall in the hilly areas of northern China.It has good adaptability to the seasonal characteristics of more drought and less rain in hilly areas of north China.Therefore,the mechanized planting of buckwheat cannot be waited for.As a cleaning device in combine harvester,it is more important to ensure the final efficiency of mechanical operation.Under the condition of ensuring that the cleaning device conforms to the working requirements,the double layer cleaning device is simplified Through the working value K principle,the Adams software is used to verify whether the upper and lower screens can work normally.The kinematics analysis and inertial force analysis were carried out on the sieve surface grain,and the corresponding mathematical equation was established.The inertial force simulation was carried out on the cleaning device with the help of Matlab software,which verified that the double-layer cleaning mechanism could effectively solve the vibration problem caused by inertial force in the process of machine operation.The movement forms of buckwheat seeds with sieve surface were analyzed theoretically,and the numerical conditions for different movement forms were obtained.The simulation results showed that the buckwheat grains at different positions of the sieve surface had different motion forms and different cleaning efficiency.In this paper,the simulation software is used for theoretical analysis and research of the cleaning device,which provides a theoretical basis for further improvement of the double-layer cleaning device. |
