| A total of 10751 litter recards from 3044 mothers were analysed in Inner Mongolian cashmere goats during 2003 to 2008.From the analyses we get the result,between Parity and litter size have a relationship that is the equation of regression.From first Parity to sixth parity ,littte size are grow up,besides ,from sixth parity the litter size are reduce.the maximum is in the sixth parity.the equation is a sector-by-sector solution that have one knee point. The significant difference were existed in different sex; groups and types of brith by variance analysis to brith weight. The results showed that the heritability of lambs is 0.136.the single lamb is more then 2.2 times to twins. Analyses 338 daughter of 9 breeding goats that we have their DNA,the total effect valuation is 1.2166.98 allelic were got in the 33 microsatellite and the average number was 2.97 and the most was 6, the least was 2. The heterozygosity was between 0.79747-0.3955.All these identified that Inner Mongolian cashmere goat have abundant polymorphisms and the potential of selecting and breeding were very large in Inner Mongolian cashmere goats.14 markers from 13 microsatellites had been detected the significant positive correlation with the little size(P<0.05).the average of litter size is above 2.this 14 markers will carry on high product analyses. BM143 microsatellite in 105 and 115bp have high product,this microsatellite play a part in breeding in Inner Mongolian cashmere goats. TGLA68,MB067,MB009,LSCV43,INRA063 take effect in the specific allelic,and the others are not.Baesd on analyse of , polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and silver staining of Sanguintti method·At the the result showed that there were the most appropriate method is alkali in Inner Mongolian cashmere goats.Degree of reliability Combine DNA metherd is 94.1176%。This is the former qualitative experiment.
