The ecosystem of the western area of Inner Mongolia has degraded by the effect of Soil Salinization. Based on the survey of ectomycorrhizal in Daqingshan,we used different strains of Suillus luteus to study their growth under treatments of different pH levels and concentrations of sodium salts through solid agar culture and liquid culture. The experimental results showed that the growth of S. luteus mycelia was significantly restrained under varies pH levels and different concentrations of sodium salts. when the salt concentration and pH increased the inhibition to the growth of S. luteus gradually increased and the growth rates of S.luteus and biomass increment were declined significantly. We Inoculated different strains of Suillus luteus on Pinus tabulaeformis carr. and determined the colonization rate, the mycelium biomasses, the content of chlorophyll,Pro and MDA.The results showed that the Suillus luteus has very strongly infective ability to Pinus tabulaeformis carr. in the salt stress. Inoculation of mycorrhizae enhanced the tolerance of plants to the saline environment, and promoting plants growth. S.luteus improved the dry weight, increased the content of chlorophyll, decrease the content of malondialdehyde and dissociative praline in shoot, improve the resistance to salt of Pinus tabulaeformis carr..
