The drought-resistance genetic research and cultivation of drought-resistance varieties are always the significant issue,as wheat is one of the widely growing crops in the world. Molecular biology techniques has been used to locate the drought-resistance genes and map.It provides theoretical basis for the molecular marker-assisted selection and the cultivation of drought-resistance varieties.In this study,wheat Family F2:3 are the mapping population where the drought-resistance wheat variety Shi 4185 and drought-sensitive variety Yan Zhan 2 are their parents respectively.We analyzed the drought related agronomic traits under the condition of well-irrigated and drought stress,use the internal mapping to find tne closely linked markers with drought-resistance.The results are as following:1.The research population has far genetic relationship in this study.The characters of the parents have significant difference.The distribution of population characters basically corresponds with normal distribution.That shows the population correspond the experiment requests for the construction of linkage map and QTL analysis.2.Under the condition of well-irrigated and drought stress,application of interval mapping,discover 4 QTL related to the wheat drought-resistance,of which 2 are closely linked with plant height.The two QTL are located on chromosome 4B and 7B,respectively.One QTL closely linked with spikelet stem node length is located on chromosome 7B.One QTL closely linked with panicles per plant is located on chromosome 7B.3.Under the condition of well-irrigated and drought stress,2 QTLs closely linked with wheat plant height are located on chromosome 4B and 7B,respectively.Marker intervals are xgwm537-xgwm46 and xgwm165-xwmc47.On chromosome 7B,the QTL peak values are similar,5.3 cM and 5.7 cM apart from xgwm537.On chromosome 4B,the QTL peak valves are different between well-irrigated and drought stress.Under the condition of well-irrigated,7 cM apart from xwmc47;under the condition of drought stress,5.1 cM apart from xgwm 165.4.Under the condition of well-irrigated and drought stress, the QTLs closely linked with the spikelet stem node length and panicles per plant of wheat are all located on chromosome 7B.Marker interval is xgwm537-xgwm46 and xgwm46-xgwm333. Marker intervals are 19.6 cM and 18.4 cM.The markers Xgwm537 linked to the spikelet stem node length QTL gene with the genetic distance of 4.2 cM and 4.9 cM was found,the markers Xgwm46 linked to panicles per plant of wheat QTL gene with the genetic distance of 4.1 cM and 4.3 cM was found.
