Use the LI-6400 photosynthetic measurement system and AIC-2 aero-anion counter to quantitatively measure the ecological indicators(carbon fixation and oxygen release,cooling and humidification,aero-anion concentration) of eight kinds of ornamental woody plants (Koelreuteria paniculata,Elaeocarpus sylvestris,Ligustrum lucidum,Osmanthus fragrans, Prunus cerasifera'Pissardii',Distylium racemosum,Prunus persica var.duplex,Photinia serrulata) which are usually seen in Shanghai.And the results show:leaf area index,carbon fixation and oxygen release,cooling and humidification,aero-anion concentration of these plants are different from each other.It provides the basis for scientific plant arrangement.1.At leaf area index:there are many differences among the eight kinds of ornamental woody plants in terms of leaf area index,the maximum is Osmanthus fragrans,to 4.44,and the minimum is Prunus persica var.duplex,to 2.99;At green quantity,arbor is better than shrub, so arbor is the best choice in garden's afforestation;among shrubs,though the leaf area index of Prunus persica var.duplex is the lowest,the total leaf area of individual plant is the biggest, so shrub is a kind of tree with comparatively good quality.2.At carbon fixation and oxygen release:the carbon fixation and oxygen release of individual plant is affected not only by carbon fixation and oxygen release of unit leaf area,but also by the total area of leaves;the same tree has differences on carbon fixation and oxygen release in all seasons,but it is more in summer and autumn than in spring and winter; Different kinds of plants have different average carbon fixation and oxygen releases in the unit of leaf area in a day,it shows as the array:Prunus persica var.duplex,Prunus cerasifera 'Pissardii',Ligustrum lucidum,Photinia serrulata,Koelreuteria paniculata,Elaeocarpus sylvestris,Distylium racemosum,Osmanthus fragrans;And different kinds of plants have different average carbon fixation and oxygen releases in the unit of land area in a day,it shows as the array:Photinia serrulata,Prunus persica var.duplex,Prunus cerasifera'Pissardii', Ligustrum lucidum,Koelreuteria paniculata,Distylium racemosum,Elaeocarpus sylvestris, Osmanthus fragrans.3.At cooling and humidification:the cooling and humidification of garden trees is affected not only by the unit leaf area,but also by total area of leaves;the unit leaves of abilities in cooling and humidification of different kinds of trees are different,arbor shows the following array:autumn,spring,summer,(winter);But shrub is different from arbor,one is that Osmanthus fragrans,Prunus cerasifera'Pissardii'and Distylium racemosum show the following array:summer,spring,autumn,winter,the other is that,Prunus persica var.duplex, Photinia serrulata show the following array:summer,autumn,spring,(winter).Prunus cerasifera 'Pissardii' is on the top in the eight kinds of garden trees,which have fine cooling and humidification and also have pretty leaf favored by people.4.At aero-anion concentration:the research of eight kinds of ornamental woody plants shows that there is a law of the change in different seasons,there are alternant wave crest and trough in aero-anion concentration curve.The daily average aero-anion concentration of eight kinds of pure forests is varied in different kinds of pure forests.Besides,through the analysis of correlation between aero-anion concentration & temperature and also between aero-anion concentration & humidity,the outcome has no obvious relativity.In the light of the concentration of grading standards aero-anion in forest environment,the aero-anion concentration of the selected sample can be found in health care concentration,which has the effectiveness of health care on the human body.
