Acipenser is a high quality valuable fish.Study on the genetic diversity of Acipenser schrenckii,Acipenser baeri,Acipenser schrenckii(♀)×Acipenser baeri(♂),Acipenser schrenckii(♂)×Acipenser baeri(♀)using allozyme analyses, has important content,at the same time, protects fish genetic diversity and germ plasm resources, and promotes sustainable utility of bioresources.Biochemical genetic differences of Acipenser schrenckii,Acipenser schrenckii(♀)×Acipenser baeri(♂),Acipenser baeri,Acipenser schrenckii(♂)×Acipenser baeri(♀)were analyzed by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The results indicated:1.the expression of all the isozymes studied was highly tissue-specific.Especially among EST,α-Amy,ADH,GDH,MDH were more apparently.2.Acipenser schrenckii,Acipenser schrenckii(♀)×Acipenser baeri(♂),Acipenser schrenckii(♂)×Acipenser baeri(♀),Acipenser baeriwere analyzed by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The results indicated:Acipenser schrenckii(♀)×Acipenser baeri(♂),Acipenser schrenckii(♂)×Acipenser baeri(♀)showed great difference between Acipenser schrenckii,Acipenser baeri. But close to female parents.3.The percentage of polymorphic loci had small difference among populations, mean value was 30.00%,the average effective number of alleles was 1.3130,the Nei's expected heterozygosity was0.1637,and Shannon's Information index was 0.2320.Hardy-Weinberg heredity equilibrium proof-test indicated that Hemibarbus labeo resource quality is good.4.Phylogenetic tree showed Acipenser schrenckii,Acipenser schrenckii(♀)×Acipenser baeri(♂)belong to the same clade, and Acipenser baeri,Acipenser schrenckii{♂)×Acipenser baeri(♀)belong to the same clade.Genetic diversity of their reciprocal close to female parents.
