Tobacco virus disease is a serious tobacco disease in Baise, Guangxi Province. Following related research and survey, the main characteristics of tobacco virus diseases in Baise was definitely found out, and research the measures about avoiding the aphid to prevent the tobacco virus diseases, build the system of tobacco virus diseases integrated control based on biological control and conducted,. technology regulation of tobacco virus disease control was developed. The principle results were found as the followings.The main tobacco virus diseases included PVY, TMV and CMV, with mixed occurrence of PVY, TMV, CMV as the most common by detection and surveyed. The occurrence of tobacco virus diseases resulted from several elements. Tobacco aphids are the main vector of tobacco virus diseases in early field development. The fields of continuous cropping or neighboring vegetables, potatoes, melons and fruits might get higher rate of occurrence with serious damages. Besides the tobacco varieties resistant to tobacco virus diseases were too limited.At the same time, The method of application of microporous membrane to block aphid transmitting the tobacoo viruses is a effective measure, which effectively reduce the incidence of virus disease of tobacco and achieved remarkable results. Through the study of spreading characteristics of tobacco viruses in floating-seedling system, it was found that the incidence of seedling disease is a serious threat to the latter tobacco production, and has become the main risk. The main transimited pathways are aphids and farming operations. Therefore, which requires standardized farming operations, including floating-seedling system under without insect condition, clean the disese tobacco seedings on time and ofen wash with soap water.According to the local ecological conditions of Baise, the system of tobacco virus diseases integrated control based on biological control was build and conducted, including planting resistant varieties , rotation between tobacco and rice, without-disease tobacco seedings, remove the diseased plants, balanced nutrition reasonable fertilization, to avoid aphid, covering film and real-time measures such as spraying, integrated control in more than 82.35 percent. And screened two biological pesticides were better to control tobacco virus diseases. and summed up the control strategy of tobacco virus disease in Baise. Such as Choose the appropriate resistant varieties; the eradication of primary infection source; cut off the route of transmission; cultivate disease-free seedling; supplemented by chemical control and cooperate with the strict agricultural practices. Plant production in tobacco standardized production process, which requires from the nursery to post-harvest have to be strict agricultural practices.The prediction and integrated control network system of tobacco virus diseases were build in Baise. It suggested that tobacco virus diseases would epidemic and outbreak through 3 years investigation of tobacco virus diseases in Baise. Therefore, technology regulations were made for IPM on tobacco virus diseases basing on tobacco production in Baise.
