Tetraploid Black Locust was a quadruploid trees pecies from which a large-leaved and fast growing Black Locust introduced from South Korea was manned induced,by the artificial induction of natural diploid locust somatic chromosome doubling,which has such many excellent characteristics as fast growing,large leave,robust seedlings,excellent resistance entironmental restoration and biomass production.Black locust is a multipurpose legume tree species in our country.Locust natural diploid(2n) been transferred into Autotetraploid Locust(2n=4x) by chromosome doubling.Part of inflorescences mutation of complex inflorescence,which called complex inflorescence in this paper,while the Diploid is a single one.Study on complex inflorescence with molecular genetics mechanism,we can explain how and why in some similar phenomenon.We will benefit by this genetic improvement of plant,such as flower or cope.This paper explains role DNA methylation played in Autotetraploid Robinia pseudoacacia inflorescence development by two parts of content.First on Autotetraploid Robinia pseudoacacia inflorescence development,especially on calyx which might be the position the complex inflorescence started.Second on the effect of 5-azaC aqua treating on Autotetraploid Robinia pseudoacacia bud.Cytology study showns Autotetraploid Robinia pseudoacacia inflorescence dormancy in winter, start develop in spring.The complex inflorescence primordiums begin at the total floral axis,and the floret growing like subordinate.Treat Autotetraploid Robinia pseudoacaeia bud with different concentration of 5-azaC aqua treating at the flower differentiation period.Result show when 5-azaC aqua concentration is 100μmol/L and treating 3days,Autotetraploid Robinia pseudoacacia inflorescence complexion rate is minimum.5-azaC treatment has promotion effect on Autotetraploid Robinia pseudoacacia inflorescence differentiation.5-azaC treatment made the stage of flower bud differentiation advanced for one stage.
