| The experimental object of the study is chicken,rabbit,pig,sheep and dog(1/2 nature maturely) which were fed on the diet containing 20%raw soybean two weeks later,taken the duodenum,front-jejunum,middle -jejunum,behind-jejunum,ileum,appendix and colon and made paraffin sections,The means of average optical and integral optical of SBA binding with those intestine by Streptavidin-Peroxidase in immunohistochemistry was analyzed with the Image-Pro Plus software,the rule of binding strength and degreth of soybean agglutinin with intestine vills,crypts and entire intestines sections in different species of animals was compared.To reveal glycosylation pattern difference in epithelial of different intestine walls in different species of animals.The finding are as follows:1.Statistical result of average optical showed:In intestine rills,the mean of average optical of SBA binding with dog is the highest in the duodenum,front-jejunum,middle-jejunum and ileum.And the difference is remarkable with other animals(P＜0.05).In the appendix and colon,the average optical of SBA binding with sheep is the highest,and the difference is also remarkable with other animals(P＜0.05).In the behind-jejunum,the highest is bingding with rabbit,and the difference isn't remarkable betweent with dog,but it is remarkable with other animals(P＜0.05).The pig is the lowest in all intestines section,the difference is not remarkable between with chicken except in the jejunum and is remarkable between with other animals in other intestines section(P＜0.05).In crypts,the average optical of SBA binding with dog is the highest in front-jejunum,and the difference is remarkable with other animals(P＜0.05) The average optical of SBA binding with sheep is the highest in the middle-jejunum,behind-jejunum,Ileum,caecum,and colon,and the difference is not remarkable among of them in the ileum,and in the midlle-jejunum and caecum the difference are not remarkable between with rabbit and with other animal difference remarkable(P＜0.05),in the colon difference remarkable with other animals(P＜0.05).the average optical of SBA binding with pig are the lowest in others intestine sections except the duodenum.In the entire intestines sections,the average optical of SBA binding with dog is the highest in the duodenum,front-jejunum,middle-jejunum,and in the front-jejunum,the difference is not remarkable between with sheep(P＞0.05).and remarkabkle with other animals in remains intestines sections,the average optical of SBA binding with sheep is the highest in the appendix and colon,and in the appendix the difference are not remarkable between with rabbit and dog in the other intestine sections the difference is all remarkable with other animals,in the behind-jejunum and ileum the average optical of SBA binding with rabbit are the highest,and in the behind-jejunum the difference is remarkable between with pig,and not remarkable with others in the ileum. 2.Statistical result of Integral optical showed:In intestine vills,the mean of integral optical of SBA binding with chicken is the highest in the duodenum,next is rabbit,pig,dog,and the sheep is the lowest,Between chicken and rabbit the difference is not remarkable,and is extremely remarkable with other animal difference (P＜0.01).The integral optical of SBA binding with rabbit is the highest in the jejunum,appendix and colon,and the difference is not remarkable among of them in the middle-jejunum and behind-jejunum,The integral optical of SBA binding with sheep is the highest in the ileum and the difference is not remarkable betweent with other animals,binding with dog is the lowest in the middle-jejunum and behind-jejunum and colon,the difference is extremely remarkable between with rabbit(P＜0.01).and not remarkable with others in remains intestine sections,In the crypts,the integral optical of SBA binding with rabbit is the highest in intestine sections except the front-jejunum,but binding with pig is the highest in the front-jejunum,and the difference is not remarkable between with rabbit,and is extremely remarkable with others animals(P＜0.01).the integral optical of SBA binding with dog is the lowest in the front-jejunum,behind-jejunum and ileum,the difference is remarkable between with chicken in the behind-jejunum,and is extremely remarkable between with rabbit and sheep(P＜0.01).The integral optical of SBA binding with sheep is the lowest in the dedoum and middle-jejunum,and in the dedoum the difference is remarkable
