Then the increment of leaves is 16.1 percent, CK is 4.8 percent, leaves treatment > deer dung treatment > Cornstalk treatment > CK. The results indicate that the soil available N will increase if we input the organic fertilizer, and the effect is better in after date. The soil NO3-N concentration reduce along with the increasing of depth of soil. In this treatment, because of not imputing N fertilizer in the treatment of P,K,PK, the soil NO3-N concentration is very few. The soil NO3-N concentration in the treatment of NPK is lower than that in the treatment of N.That indicate when inputting N,P,K fertilizer together, the soil NO3-N concentration will reduce, because two elements of P and k can advance the using rate of N fertilizer on crops and reduce the migration of soil NO3-N to the depth of soil. The results also indicate that organic fertilizer can improve the utilization of N fertilizer and reduce the accumulating of soil NO3-N. Through the study of NH4-N in the soil section from 0 cm to 90 cm, the soil NH4-N is reduce. The content of NH4-N in treatment of inputting N fertilizer is higher than CK and no obvious changes. The changing rule indicate that the ability of nitration is very strong. And after inputting the organic fertilizer, the content of NH4-N are not change. The content of NH4-N can not reflect the level of available N fertilizer in soil.
